Review 1：The restaurant in gasthouse - Due Fratelli- was a really surprise: the food was excellent, good quality and the service is like in a five star hotels. The owners - two italian guys- kindness give us great moments.

Review 2：If you din't like the creeking floorboards, dont stay in an old ciuntry inn! We took it as part of the local atmosphere.

Review 3：right on the German Alpine Rd in a rural setting. We arrived with a flat tyre and got spontaneous, friendly help! good Italian eatery in-house.

Review 4：The website advertises a bar and restaurant on site. While true, the bar closes between 2000 and 2100, so you would be hard pressed to return to the hotel for drinks in the bar after a late dinner.

Review 5：The staff was very professional and helpful. The location is 500m from a small ski resort which has an alpine slide during the summer months - a nice surprise for the kids. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Review 7：Staff was very helpful and considerate. Check in and check out went all smooth. Got necessary info regarding the "things to do" in the surrounding. Room was quite decent with all basic amenities and big TV. It is perfect for someone to stopover in between their Allgäu trip. Bed was comfortable and room was bright.

Review 8：We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and ordered two different soup. I know home made soup VERY well and I'm pretty sure it came straight out of a can. We admire the German custom of finishing what's on your plate but we couldn't eat it.

Review 9：We were travelling from Konstanz to Fussen and found this to be the perfect stop over spot because it's on the main road. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely big balcony and enjoyed sitting there listening to the cow bells on the hillside across the road. Breakfast was outstanding.

Review 10：Large and clean room. We had many troubles during our trip and so we arrived late in the evening but the staff waited for us and helped us to have a really comfortable night.

Review 12：Wow! The staff was brilliant. The hotel is in a very nice location, our room was facing the mountain and a green meadow and also had a balcony. The room itself was very spacious and brigth and very clean. Breakfast was amazing, one of the few breakfasts we had in Bavaria that included vegetables. And alpensee is near by (though the location is not near any town, it was perfect). Would stay again

Review 26：The young couple who own the Gasthof were lovely! Very friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble. Wifi connection was great and our breakfast was huge and full of fresh cold meats, salad, cheese, breads and yoghurt. We loved staying here. It was a good stopover point for us on the way from Germany into the Swiss Bernese Alps. Excellent value for money, plus the Alpensee is nearby. Very highly recommended.

Review 27：We brought the room keys on our day trip and when we returned we found that the room was not cleaned. Apparently, we should not have brought the keys. No real issue though, a new set of fresh towels was brought straight away.

Review 28：Clean, spacious room with 3 soft beds. Small but clean bathroom with powerfull shower. Good price/quality ratio. Be prepared though: rural location, next small village is 5 km away. Nice mountain view, nice lake nearby. Staff consists of very friendly family, who speak several languages besides German. Cannot commend on breakfast, cause we didn't order one. Would return on next visit in the area.
