Review 1：We honestly have nothing to dislike about this place!

Review 2：I stayed here with my wife in December and the guesthouse was perfect! The owner Kathrin (sp?) was a great hostess. We loved the mountain view from our balcony, the breakfast spread was superb (a range of cereals, bread and cheese spread, they even have flower salt!). The owner was very helpful and friendly, especially with helping us with the buses, and helped answering our questions about the visit to the Zugspitze. She also gave us the Grainau card for our three day stay, which gave us free bus rides. The facilities were clean, beds were made every day, and there is also a complete kitchen where we were able to cook our dinner. The guesthouse is also located right in front of the bus stop, and it is only one stop away from Zugspitze. About 500m away from the guesthouse, there is a lake which would definitely be amazing in the summer. Would totally recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Grainau :)

Review 4：Kind, attentive and hospitable landlords, spacious family suite, splendid view from the balcony to Zugspitze. All in all, excellent choice for a short vacation, especially if day-trips are planned in the vicinity (e.g. within 100 km).

Review 5：The Wi-Fi was a real pain - impossible to use for mobile devices (some system based on ticketing and login using random 8 letters user and password, requiring re-login after every phone or tablet sleep time). The breakfast was not a strong point, either. Heating had some problems during the first days.

Review 7：Very good experience in the lovely guesthouse. Very spacious bedroom and living room with kitchen. Just like living in a warmest home. The hosts are helpful and friendly. If you are traveling by car rental, it is best choice in GP.

Review 10：Amazing location, and super friendly hosts. Katrin and her family really treated us very well. Breakfast was very good as well the hotel ammenities. We couldn't have asked for more. Katrin also gave the best tips about the various walks in the area such Eibsee lake.

Review 12：Location: This place is 7km away to Gamisch, 3km away from Eibsee lake,2km away from unter-grainau train station and 1km away from Grainaucenter. So its nearby to anywhere you need to go. If you have car orbike you will get anyhere faster. But, when you stay here they will giveyou grainau card which you can use transportation with it for free. Nodistance problem.HOTEL: The view from hotel is to the top of mountains. Fresh air, and very quite village. When you sit in your balcony of your room you will feel so relaxed and peaceful. Room is very clean and every morning they clean it. The bed is very comfortable i loved it. PERSONEL: Ketrin is the owner of the gastehaus. She is like mother of everyone. She does care about you and your happines while you are there. İf you have any problem she will solve the problem for sure (: one day i asked her to rent a bike and she rent me her bike and i didnt have to look place for it. Really thank you for everythiing ketrin. Her husband and son are also nice people. I had some conversation with the husband and he is a nice man to talk with. Every morning a german lady come to clean my room and she doesnt know english but with her smile i can tell she was nice to me hehe :). BREAKFAST: İt is key point of hotel :) Ketrin serve big menu in breakfast. It is similar to turkish breakfast so i was very happy with that. You gonna love breakfast i guarantee you ;) I will miss this place and i will go there again for zugspitz ultra marathon. So this place my home in grainau. Thank you everything Ketrin :)

Review 14：Very romantic and traditional theme of hotel. The staff was best and make you feel at home. My wife has asked me to book same room again soon. Free parking and wifi.

Review 15：There was some confusion on our room and people coming. My itinerary stated 2 adults and 2 children in the family suite but only one king bed was given to us. Host gave us a second single bed room for our older daughter so it worked out well. Price was different than what we were quoted on booking.com though.

Review 31：The owners of this Gästehaus are very friendly and accommodating! They were sure to greet you on every passing! The room was comfortable with a great view of the Zugspitze (not all rooms will have this view). It was a little bit out of the city (5-10min drive) but or the price, you can't really complain! Very quiet!
