Review 1：Parking area are located outside also, however it was not mentioned on HP in Booking.com Room temperature at Spa might be a bit cold for women.

Review 2：Although I stayed christmas seasons and restaurant was limited, reception staff sincerely helped me to find out good place. Spa on UG was so nice. Everyone was very kind for kids.

Review 3：They do a buffet when there are many customers (groups), so restaurant not great on evenings like that.

Review 9：Had to insist 5 times to get a taxi booked from the evening receptionist as she thought no taxis wereavailable. At the end she agreed to call and taxi was available to book. Breakfast is still good but I think they are slowly reducing variety and quality of items (croissants not crunchy, quality of bacon and sausages seems poor).

Review 11：We had a very nice stay. The room was big and the beds really confortable. The wellness area was quite nice, but unfortunatly the hammam was not working. The restaurant was also very nice and the breakfast was all we needed.

Review 53：Watch out for the two types of rooms!!The so called deluxe ones have the mountain view. The classic ones overlook other hotels (they are in the back side of the hotel). Was not clearly mentioned that the classic rooms will not have this amazing view! That you had to provide your credentials for the wifi all the time.

Review 57：A very nice restaurant, excellent chef! The room was really nice and excellent with great view over Black Forest. Dogs are allowed in the room and we had a pure relaxation days in the hotel. The personnel were also really nice and took a really good care of us.

And always try to find a place with an indoor pooland a hot tub....and this place had both......it was GREAT....it alsohas two saunas.....the pool tempeture was just right and the hot tub waspowerful and hot. The pool area is inclosed in a large room with windowslooking out to the mountains.... And what was even better it was snowingoutside which made for a beautiful veiw. The two girls at the front deskwere very friendly... And even changed our room to a very nice roomfacing the mountains....the room for European standards wasOUTSTANDING...big, clean, fridge, beautiful marble batroom and a largepatio with furniture... We will stay here again this place is great. THefood was very good and the breakfast was better than a Denny's inthe usa, it had everything and best of all it was free. Oh did I sayFREE....which is unheard of in Europe. Oh yeah also all over the hoteland in the pool, area are drink stations, tea, corree, water etc and allis free...wow... Nice.

Review 103：This hotel is not for family with a child. We did not find anyplayground in hotel, or baby seats on breakfast. One playground was veryfar from hotel. Lifts are very slow and thinking a lot :) We tried toget superior view, but everything was booked and lived in room withgarden view. Not possible to make a tee in the room. It was difficult toget to the hotel through the forests roads.

I often travel for biz or pleasesure and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Spaghetti served in vast quantities of olive oil (no truffles practically no Parmesan as indicated on menu) Restaurant staff reserved and unfriendly. Restaurant expensive. Parking was free on the reserved hotel parking spots outside. Only when parking in the garage a fee was required. Spa area well organized with pool, wet and dry sauna's and plenty of water and tea to drink. Excellent breakfast buffet where staff will happily move you outside in the sun. Excellent value for money - I would gladly come back here.

No possibility tomake coffee or tea ourselves, no tooth brushes (which we requested andreceived after all), only all in one body/hair shampoo from the wall-attached pomp. But those are really trivial points and we would like tostay in the hotel again.

The food in the restaurant was also pretty good. The room westayed was also big enough for two single beds + extra bed. Review 118：We were very pleased with our stay. We selected the hotel because it wasrated 4 stars and the price was only 100 euros and less than 2 hoursfrom the airport in Frankfurt. It exceeded our expectations. In thatarea it offered the largest room and most modern hotel we have stayedin. The room was immaculately clean and the view was spectacular. Hikingtrails were right outside the hotel and they offered underground onsiteparking. Great experience.
