Review 1：The location.Our room was big with view to the mountains.It was clean as well as the bathroom.Breakfast was good.The owner is very polite,welcoming,friendly. We hope to go back soon

Review 5：Last year i had a single room with no view, just a Velux. This year i requested a room with view and was really happy to get a single room with a Balcony. Room was fantastic. Staff here are great, and the hotel is very comfortable with great views. Dinner was excellent.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and dinner food in the restaurant. But above all, a very friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable.

Review 15：We liked the very attentive staff, the overall family atmosphere which always stayed professional. The breakfast and dinner choices were great. Both Vegetarians and lovers of typical Bavarian food items could enjoy their meals. The location of the hotel was very quiet with outlook on the mountains and off the main street. We loved the terrace and the beautiful garden with a little creek to cool off on hot summer days. If around Garmisch-Partenkirchen we will surely choose the Alpenhof Grainau again.

If I returned I would take the half board option. Very well located for sight seeing. I would love to go back.
