Review 1：The bed was a little hard, the view from my window, and I especially didn't like that on my second day there was a very loud young female next to my room who kept me up until 0400, and the staff was not able to resolve this matter. Also with the exception of the staff I mentioned who was very courteous I didn't experience the same from some female staff.
