Hôtel Bruxelles

Hôtel Bruxelles descritpion
Located in one of Andorra’s most beautiful spots surrounded by the Pyrenees, this delightful hotel is conveniently situated just 150 feet from the Soldeu-Tarter ski slopes.
The cozy alpine-style hotel, built in wood and stone, is tastefully decorated maintaining original elements such as exposed beams combining them with chalet features like wood paneling. In addition, the hotel has a good restaurant serving generous, mountain cuisine and there is a charming decked area outside where you can sit back and enjoy a drink while you take in the mountain backdrop.
The surroundings are breathtaking and are a suitable destination for an enjoyable mountain vacation any time of year, whether you are looking to ski or explore beautiful countryside set high up in the mountains.

Reviews for Hôtel Bruxelles
Review 1:Something the Hotel could do nothing about - there is a nightclub across the road and slightly up the hill - kicks out at 4am along with noisy party animals, and has a heavy bass beat that for light sleepers is enough to disturb your night. Shame that this spoils what is essentially a great hotel at great value.
Review 2:Half board accommodation was very good - comfortable room, good choice of food and good quality. Helpful, friendly staff.
Review 3:Noisy person in adjoining room - not the hotels fault.
Review 4:Great staff, food and location with free ski locker at bottom of the gondola. Central for all shops, bars and restaurants. Great view of slopes and gondola. Basic but sufficient breakfast.
Review 5:Only a minor comment, perhaps Wifi access could be a bit better available throughout the whole room.
Review 6:We really relaxed in this hotel! Fantastic location, great food, friendly staff, excellent room. The beds have good mattrasses, we slept really well.
Review 7:Paid Wifi had limited service in certain areas. No lifts.
Review 8:Excellent location, fantastic views, a large selection of vegetarian meals. Easy to find. Helpful and friendly staff.Good range of activities nearby to keep the children entertained.
Review 9:Nothing we didn't like, except having to leave...
Review 10:This was our second time here. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the food and service are fantastic. Ideally placed for exploring the area (and shopping!). Since our last visit a 3 euro parking fee has been introduced between 8am and 8pm but check with the hotel before paying as we parked between 4pm ish and 9am ish and were told we didn't need to pay.
Review 11:Free wifi would have been good.
Review 12:Very friendly staff, fantastic view of mountains from room, ideal location for our first visit to Andorra. Food excellent.Very glad we did not book in Andorra la Vella as it looked v noisy and busy. Would thoroughly recommend
Review 13:No kettle, no fridge, no fans or air-conditioning, noisy.basic
Review 14:Value for money, for a short stop, one night, it was very good value, clean and comfortable.
Review 15:On our way from France to Spain, we wanted to visit Andorra, and stayed in hotel Bruxelles. As it was so cheap (probably because it was out of the ski-season), we were a bit worried of how the place would be, but it turned out to be exactly what we needed: a comfortable, clean room, a nice bathroom with bath, pleasant evening meal, correct breakfast, view on a ski-slope and nice outside area which also looks into the slope. One cannot ask for more for that price!
Review 16:the facilitate is old, the shower drainage was almost blocked no elevator, would be difficult for people with heavy luggage breakfast was simple Wifi need to pay extra 2 euro
Review 17:economic price
Review 18:The location was great because it was easy to find but yet wasn't too busy. Also we were high enough to see snow on the hillside even though it was mid April. Another good thing was that the room was big but cosy feeling.
Review 19:Rooms get quite hot and bar opposite makes a lot of noise very late
Review 20:Good food and location to lift is very good. Food in bar is reasonable price and good quality
Review 21:Nothing
Review 22:Very good welcome, excellent location for the mountain roads and views during our motorcycle road trip from Spain to France. Hotel restraunt served excellent food and also provided a good selection at breakfast.
Review 23:The owner could do with a personality course. He was very yes no type of attitude. Not much of a conversationalist.
Review 24:We liked nearly everything about this hotel.
Review 25:By the main road through town so noisy. Staff were more efficient than friendly. Old pillows were lumpy. Meals only average and drinks such as coffee very expensive in the bar.
Review 26:Well priced accommodation. Nice terrace at the bar/restaurant. Staff are multi-lingual.
Review 27:Fantastic half board deal very warm and welcoming place only stayed single night as en route to Spain but could have easly stayed much longer. Excellent menu selection and bar parking behind the hotel
Review 28:The manner of the manager was somewhat abrupt, unfriendly and rude. This left us feeling uneasy most of the time and we were always dreading any contact with him. The beds were hard and pillows wafer thin.
Review 29:Bar was most expensive we found in villages around. €4.60 for a large Beer not reasonable. €2.50 for a 250 ml splash or €5 for 500 ml splash of soda not enticing. Surely to reduce prices would entice customers to stay and chill at the hotel bar
Review 30:Cheap and clean to stay.
Review 31:Did a short trip mid December. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay again.
Review 32:Such a nice environment and 'feel' backed up by owners/management/staff
Review 33:Excellent location for the slopes! Friendly staff
Review 34:Another excellent stay. Cannot beat this hotel for location and value for money. Clean, right at the bottom of the slopes and serving excellent food.
Review 35:Ski locker at the cable car/lift building, proximity to cable car/lift.
Review 36:all was great
Review 37:Great staff and very friendly
Review 38:Arrived late yet staff were very helpful. Simply can fault it for the price, location and friendly staff.
Review 39:shower head had a mind of its own when pressure was turned up. it was best when held.
Review 40:excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean.
Review 41:The innkeeper was not friendly. The food was very mediocre and not inexpensive.
Review 42:Great value. Charming and simple and very inexpensive.
Review 43:Very comfortable beds, great views, good value food in the restaurant, good size clean rooms with a good size ensuite and powerful showers.
Review 44:Nothing...maybe stairs but that's because we are a mature couple
Review 45:Everything ok would stay there again
Review 46:Right by slopes
Review 47:There was some noise from the street( quit a lot of traffic. Get a room to the back
Review 48:Good value for money
Review 49:Breakfast was expensive for what you got
Review 50:Location & price fantastic
Review 51:Very small and uncomfortable bed. Poor separation to other rooms, loud noises in the morning.
Review 52:Nice hotel. Fair price. Good restaurant services.
Review 53:as normal great people great food
Review 54:Nice atmosphere and location at very reasonable price
Review 55:have stayed ther for the last 3 years and would not want to say anywhere else in andorra
Review 56:Absolutely brilliant.
Review 57:the staff were excellent , the food was fantastic value & quality for the money . I could not speak highly enough about this hotel .
Review 58:Choppy paid Internet
Review 59:Great location, cozy feel! Awesome mountain view!
Review 60:Poor attitude of staff.
Review 61:Great location and good value for money.
Review 62:room breakfast service
Review 63:We were not told that the resort was closed. Thus was the only hotel open and there was no skiing to be done.
Review 64:Near the main lifts,shops & bars.
Review 65:No parking very thin walls
Review 66:Good restaurant lovely outdoor terrace fair size room with beautiful views
Review 67:Pay car park with broken glass all over it and noisy
Review 68:nothing
Review 69:everything
Review 70:Location right next to the gondola and ski lifts. Excellent food in the restaurant. Really impressive value for money.
Review 71:Not much not to like but maybe a few more options for breakfast.
Review 72:Central location, good food at reasonable prices and nice staff.
Review 73:Doble rooms a little small but adequate and cosy
Review 74:Great location, friendly staff, food.
Review 75:Clean friendly Food excellent Price
Review 76:Clean, simple rooms.
Review 77:Seemed petty to charge for wifi usage.
Review 78:the food was excellent
Review 79:None
Review 80:Good friendly staff. Good location and close to cable car. Good breakfast.
Review 81:Great Hotel 5th time we have stayed here.
Review 82:Friendly staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast option,
Review 83:Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. One of the largest rooms I've stayed in while snowboarding. The showers were very hot, the breakfast was basic, but had everything we wanted. Only 5 minutes walk from the Gondala. The hotel also arranged our snowboard storage. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Mr Simon arranged for us to have check-in at 2.30am, which was very much appreciated. The hotel also offers very good sandwiches if you want to take them on the mountain with you.
Review 84:Thought breakfast was a little expensive. Would have liked options of Coeliac breads and foods.
Review 85:Staff excellent. Loaction superb. As a coeliac staff were very helpful regarding food choice.
Review 86:The breakfasts, with Cold croissants, packet jams and awful coffee. (The coffee at the bar was fine.)
Review 87:The food was excellent at lunch times and in the evenings, but the breakfast was disappointing. All the staff except one were friendly and efficient. The location was excellent---close to shops, bus stops, and the gondolas. We also found a hotel spa down the road that was excellent value for money. Non-skiers can go there for a swim and jacuzzi. The hotel had a comfortable family atmosphere, with a sunny terrace.
Review 88:Thought the beds were very uncomfortable and the room was very small and breakfast selection was very poor, some drunk people there when we arrived also the beer was the most expensive in the resort
Review 89:Nice evening meal,
Review 90:It would have been nice if they had some community kitchen facilities, or atleast a kettle in the room for making hot tea/coffee after a long day on the slopes.
Review 91:Fantastic location- about 100m from the main gondola to the Soldeu slopes. It was a clean, comfortable hotel which offered great value for money for our week on the slopes. The staff were great, and the restaurant made some great food too (try the burgers and XL cappucino)
Review 92:The bed was uncomfortable. The dining room was quite cold meaning we needed to keep either our jacket or cardigan on. The difference in price of the two menu's was excessive as the lower priced option was just as good if not better.
Review 93:The Location was superb. The Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Review 94:There are no elevators, so after a long day skiing climbing all the 3 floors to our room was a bit painful.
Review 95:The location is very good, few meters from the main lift and close to a lot of restaurants and bars, but the food in the restaurant of the hotel is pretty decent as well. Overall the value for the money here is very hard to beat.
Review 96:no night life off season one food store no stores for shopping but in Andorra everything is close so you need just take 5-10km to closes town for sports/branded clothes shopping
Review 97:Dog-friendly (extra cost 4 euros/one night) Food Small - cozy Nature - trekking
Review 98:Parking was difficult, and there was a charge. Staff were fine, its just there seemed to be very few of them. The young guy who appeared to be running the place was run off his feet.
Review 99:Nice room for 3. Comfortable and clean. Good price as far as I can tell.
Review 100:Needed more staff around at breakfast as we kept having to ask and then wait for things to be refilled.
Review 101:confortable rooms which were very quiet. Friendly service.
Review 102:Smallish rooms, but I'm being picky here, they are adequate and comfortable.
Review 103:Second time I've stayed here, so must be good, smallish rooms, but for the price fantastic value. The food is superb and the staff are really friendly and speak good English. Just on the outskirts of Andorra so away from the busy centre.
Review 104:No elevator but hey who cares, we love the place
Review 105:Great value for money, good location for some on the spot duty free deals and ski time fun in the winter. good car parking facilities too
Review 106:bed felt 'stuffed'- being charged for internet is a bit behind the times.
Review 107:location, clean, welcomed dogs! good breakfast. Can you promote vegetarian dining?
Review 108:Having to leave without having a good look around Soldeu andAndorra itself.
Review 109:What a pleasant surprise. I booked this hotel on the net for atouring group of 10 mature motorcyclists. Very good value for money.Granted most of the surrounding bars/restaurants were closedbecause of off season visit, but the Hotel Bruxelles offered acomfortable stay, good food and beer! Result! What does one wantmore? I will definitely return.
Review 110:It was in a convenient place whilst we were travelling. The staff were friendly, the room was spotlessly clean and the evening meal was very good value for money.
Review 111:Perfect location, parking is either behind the hotel or across the road to the front (3 euros for 24hrs) Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean. We had the famous burger and chips at 10 euros and was not disappointed. Breakfast at 6 euros was simple - toast, cheese, ham, etc.but the large mug of tea was outstanding. We travelled with 2 dogs and they were allowed in the bar. Great hotel and value for money.
Review 112:Great atmosphere, kind and helpfull staf, beautifull localization and region.
Review 113:Would love to pay a little more for breakfast and have the choice of a cooked breakfast .
Review 114:Ver helpful , friend and clean hotel will book again
Review 115:Amazing location right near the ski slopes. Felt like it should have cost much more than it did. Would definitely stay here again.
Review 116:There's no elevator, doesn't include breakfast, safe in the room costs money
Review 117:staff is nice
Review 118:Rooms need 2 seats
Review 119:Helpfulness of all staff
