Review 1：The absence of breakfast in terms that it was not stipulated anywhere that we needed to order breakfast the previous day in order to have it in the morning.
Review 2：We liked everything. Location is perfect: easy access to old town, theatres, restaurants. Main sights of Prague are in the walking distance. Very clean, comfortable, well thought of. Breathtaking view from the terrace.
Review 3：Great location. Great room (1 bedroom, for 4 people). We had issues that were immediately fixed. All demands promptly solved. We had a late check out for a fair price. Premises are clean and modern and of good taste. Personnel were attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Review 5：Excellent location in a pedestrian only Square. Beautiful, large and modern apartment, walking distance to Prague Castle, the Charles Bridge and all the other sights, restaurants and bars. The reception team of Renata, Petra and Karolina were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made many suggestions for Christmas Dinner before we arrived and made a booking for us at one of the restaurants they had recommended.......where we had an exceptional dining experience. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Prague.

Review 9：Directions to hotel not good. Front of hotel is on a street which is a pedestrian only zone at certain times of the day, which unfortunately we didn't know about so got a ticket from police for driving down that road. Clear instructions would help as to how to get there.

Review 14：Excellent position. metro 'Mustek A' few paces away from entrance of building. Metro has Albert supermarket. Tesco also close by. Preferred these premises to a hotel in same square. Lovely view of Wencheslas square from terrace. Safe area to wander on your own. Great Christmas market at your doorstep!

Review 23：The apartments were absolutely ideal. The location is perfect just on Wenceslas square which is a 2 minute walk to old town square. The room was great and had everything we needed. Requested an Ironing board and got it right away and they also gave us two plug adapters as we forgot ours. Both receptionists we encountered were also really friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Review 24：Heating in the room was too difficult meaning that it was quite hot at night. On the first night, had a duvet that was too small for a double bed.

Review 26：Just a suggestion.... We weren't allocated a private balcony, so we had to use the communal balcony to go and have a cigarette. It would be good if the building owners could install a retractable canopy and either infrared heaters on a timer or patio heaters?

Review 30：First of all we have to say a big big thank you to the manager who helped us so much in every case. We had some problems (not with the apartement!) and he was absolutely awesome. The apartement is located directly in the city center with everything you need around you. The apartement itself is very modern and well equipped.
Review 31：Despite the huge room and its up to date appliances, there are not enough kitchen accessories to fully satisfy the Chief Cook. Fortunately, there are plenty of good restaurant in Prague for hungry people.

The reception greeted us warmly even though we arrived very early and we're happy to store our luggage securely. The Appartemnt was spotlessly clean and finished with high end appliances. Review 40：Everything! It seriously was the best place we stayed in whilst on our 6 week holiday :) it was private, quiet and cosy. Super clean and as shown on all photos. The owner was so pleasent and he helped us with so many suggestions. Close to many attractions and we loved the fact that it had a washing machine. Weird, but when you are paying 20 euros a wash, this becomes a Big plus in your stays :) high ceilings where great too. Do not even hesitate, its fantastic and would def recomend to any friends :) worth every dollar we payed :) Best place we stayed in!

Review 48：Rooms heated automatically at 24 deg, too hot especially for sleeping.Way too many Arabic TV stations on paid tv, and in general religious stations not enough entertainment stations to cater for all nationalities. The only English Stations were news stations. No Maps available as hotels have, being an apartment no washing machine/dryer but it had a dishwasher.

Having nespresso coffee machine in house. Only thing is that two bedroom apt only had one toilet& shower. A bit crowded for 4 people in the morning.

Review 84：The apartments aren't very well signed so we actually walked straight past them! Just look out for the C&A on the high street, to the left of the giant TV/Cinema in the square, and you'll see the entrance doors for Wenceslas.
Review 85：These apartments are spacious and very modern, with a balcony over looking the city centre and access to a larger rooftop terrace for everyone on the top floor. The location is absolutely brilliant, literally in the heart of the city centre on the doorstep to everything we needed. Underground stations located just a few minutes walk away, as was the Old Town and Charles Bridge. Fantastic place to stay and brilliant value for money.

Review 87：It was really wow! We saw photos of course before but in real our room was much better. Hotel is super good situated - you need 5 min to arrive everything in Old Town. All types of transport are not far from hotel too - 1-2 min walking maybe. Same situation with supermarkt, that's important if you book an appartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Car parcking, Internet access, luggage - with everything, we got nice help with smile. We came with car and I thought there would be problem with police because of pedestrian zone. No, fully no problem! Strong recommended!

A small number could have been included each day and would have been a nice touch in this otherwise high quality room.

Review 102：My 3rd visit to Prague and stayed 2 weeks here. The apt was perfect! Super helpful and friendly staff, very clean room, well stocked kitchen (salt, pepper, dish soap, fridge, 2-burner stove, dishwasher, nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, plenty of cookware and dishes etc.), the wifi worked better than any hotel I think I've ever stayed in (and that is many), good shower and everything new. Mattress was very firm, but in a quality way (not a cheap futon way) and by using 2 pillows I didn't squash my shoulder and I slept on my side just fine with no neck or back pain for all 2 weeks (which never happens!). Also double bed was one mattress not 2 shoved together like you usually find in Europe. I was on the 6th floor facing the back of the building and it was completely quiet. A/C worked well (a blessing as temps hit 37C). There was a separate wine fridge (stocked with price list) which was a nice touch, but was rather loud, unlike the main fridge which was silent. I confess to unplugging the wine fridge sometimes. I almost was tempted to not review as I don't want this place to become so popular that I can't get a booking next time I go to Prague!!

Review 104：Gorgeous, modern and spacious apartment overlooking Wenceslas Square. The apartment was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, a 13 year old, and a 10 year old). The location was ideal for walking around Prague and close to the train station. If back in Prague, we will DEFINITELY stay at Wenceslas Square Terraces!

Review 106：I booked the one bedroom apartment with the terrace, but didn't realize that the terrace would be the small size that it was, as it appeared in the pictures that I would have a table and chairs and a proper, almost 'balcony' available to sit and relax at. The terrace (with chairs, plants etc) is available for the 'executive' apartment. This was likely my mistake in viewing the wrong images. Nonetheless, the small terrace was fine, and the room itself was great, so this is but a very minor issue in an otherwise great experience.

The location is fantastic, but a small walking distance from all major sights, and ease of access to the main train station (which I used for transport to and from a conference venue each day). The hustle and bustle of the square makes for a feeling like you're really amongst it. And the breakfast, right on time at my door each morning. Excellent, thank you!

The bonus was how quiet the room was in such a busy location... absolutely no problem with sleep. Would highly recommend this place!

Review 124：Fantastic location. We had a very spacious apartment with its own small terrace overlooking Wenceslas square. There is also a bigger terrace available for all. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant, but the delivery service for breakfast was excellent. Large individual lockers are available to put your cases in after check out if you have a later flight/train- (room for 2/3 cases plus bags and coats) much better than left sitting behind reception or a communal storage room.
