Review 1：No staff in hotel - reception was 200yards away in services! Toilet didn't work, neither did sink plug and several bulbs had blown. However all was fixed by our return for the second night.

Review 2：Staff good, friendly and helpful and dealt with our problems promptly.

Review 3：finding the hotel via Sat Nav as it takes you in to Siegburg and there is not signage to hotel from town. Not convinced parking in the area is safe. Had no problems on the one night stay but concerned as not a good area to leave your car. Room hot with no way to control the temperature. No staff in hotel key obtained via service station 500 meters away. It was clean and at the end of a long drive I slept but could have been just as happy sleeping in my car. Not recomended

Review 5：The staff in the motorway services are so rude. When we arrived late from driving a long time we were met with a very unfriendly unhelpful guy. Then in the morning when we went for breakfast the staff were equally as rude and unhelpful. Such a shame as the hotel is in a good location and not a bad standard - could be so much better with helpful accommodating staff!

Review 14：This is a dreadful place. I feel sorry for the staff who work there - who look dispirited. It is old and knackered (impossible to clean) smelly carpets and lavatory, noisy (Bonn airport is in the next bedroom)..the corridors look dangerous I would not like my wife to be alone there. How anyone could describe it as pleasant beggars belief.

Review 16：For travellers from the East the place is extremely inconvenient to getto and even more inconvenient to get out. To add insult to injury therewas cop waiting just outside hotel in the morning with the sole purposeof stopping people from taking a short cut of 50 metres against (totallyand visibly unnecessary) one way road in a deserted place to avoid 30kilometres detour on the motorway. Despite most cars parked the way wewere trying to go he forced us the detour then he waited for others toget up and be temped for the same short cut. Avoid this hotel

Review 17：Absolutely nothing. Hated the place. The keys have to be collected frommotorway services from extremely rude staff. Not a soul on the hotelpremises.The heating was switched off at night in very cold weather.Breakfast was a nightmare. Please do not go there.

Review 18：When I had to pick up the keys to the hotel, one of the women at the rest stop was so rude. The cleaning woman was quite friendly and much more of a help than the people at the "reception".
