Review 1：The north facing room was above the kitchen and we could hear the noise from the kitchen most of the day time. The noise was loud sometimes and sounded like moving furniture , also the sound of an electric water pump was audible. If you like to nap during the day or like to sleep early this would be an issue . Luckily the kitchen closes at night otherwise would have been more annoying.

Review 2：The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna which are all in excellent condition. Overall the hotel is in very good condition and looks like it was recently renovated. Location of the hotel is very good also between the town of Garmisch and the Eibsee and zugspitze

Review 3：Hotel and staff were great.The hotel location was perfect for bus access to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Grainau and Lake Eibsee The room came with half board.....breakfast and dinner...both good

Review 4：Evening meal choice a bit limited (one vegi, one fish or one meat dish as main course), but staff did accommodate alternative requests when asked. Swimming pool looked a little small although we didn't use it.

Review 6：When we arrived to the hotel we were promptly welcomed and the check in was very fast. The decoration and condition of the facilities were at the same leel of a 5* hotel...the same with the room. We had an excellent breakfast and all the staff was very nice. We'll come back for sure and recommend it to everyone we talk about it!! Thank you for the lovely experience!

Review 7：A bit pricey, the food was just OK, nothing to write home about for sure. We stayed with half board so we did not have to run around. If the food were top notch, then the price would be OK. The room was small on the third floor, no balcony , small window. Garmisch as a whole is pricing itself out of interest for many travelers. Dolomites and other locales in Austria seem to offer more for less.

Review 14：The pool area - very sad really - am sorry to say and the water was soooooo cold! This area needs improvement. Also, there is really no actual concept at the Hotel. Nothing matches! Romantic/Gourmet/Family are words that I really would not use at this hotel - Also, the food is very mediocre. It's fine and when it's all inclusive - then it's very acceptable but it's nothing special - again, sorry to say, but this really is CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Rooms are mega small, but having said that, are SPOTLESS!

Review 15：The staff are just fantastic, they actually MAKE the hotel. It was great value for money and the fact they placed a camp bed in our room for our 6 year old without charge was just fabulous. Coming from Switzerland, I was not used to such wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's a nice hotel, but has room for improvement, but I really don't want to criticise too much because it really was good value for money.
