Review 1：Attentive, helpful staff in traditional livery. Beds turned down, low lights on and chocolates waiting at bedtime. Fresh fruit delivery to room and fabulous breakfast.

Review 2：the bath room was very old,but the big probvlem was the hight of the door(around 1,7 meter or less,i hit my head evry time going in and out-my hught is 1,82!! not a basketball player!)

Review 4：Breakfast service was extraordinarily slow. Unusual for a a hotel in Germany as each item for the breakfast is brought to you on a separate plate. Two slices of cheese, separate plate, two thin slices of salmon, on a separate plate, two dollops of cream cheese each having their separate plate. Simply putting all the cold cuts on a single plate along with the cheese would drastically speed up the process. Problem with the separate plates is they are brought out one at a time so unless you have hours to spend waiting on the cheese that goes with the cold cuts on a simple roll that oh by the way came out separately too. Breakfast starts at 0700 and if you need to get to your work site by 0800 good luck with the slow service. Dinner was so so, but not much choice. On the second day of our stay after coming back from meetings, the maid staff finally showed up but we asked them to come back in 10 minutes as we were going out anyway and I needed to go to the WC. Unusual but they stayed at the door for the 10 minutes and waited there while I went to the WC.

Review 7：The hotel is from 18th century, but nice and carefully renovated. Good rooms, very nice breakfst and excellent service. All is clean, the staff is welcoming you and helps when needed. The Wifi was not working and was fixed immediately. It is just in the centre, close to the castle and part of the pedestrian area of BT.
