Review 1：The location is a little far from the city, but close to the beach.

Review 2：Good breakfast. Quick and nice service for the tour arrangement. Very good wifi connection. Friendly staff.

Review 3：It would have been helpful if someone at the spa explained the services available and where everything was (the bathroom and sauna areas were behind the desk in a not so obvious area at first glance).

Review 35：I booked as a chilean citizen living in usa; no one warned me I had totake my passport to check in, in order to maintain the booking.com fee;they wanted to charge me the chilean tax like a chilean citizen; luckilymy american husband saved the situation with his american passport; theydidn't provide extra sheets when requested; the elevator lost powertwice when in the middle of the ride...scary ! paying 450 usd a nightand we still had to purchase ridiculous hats for the indoor pool at 4usd each; carpet totally stained; a pet room would look better.
