Review 1：1- As a couple, the 2 beds put together were not as satisfactory as a doble bed. And they were very soft. 2- Thinking of people with dissabilities, 3 or more floors up the stairs might be a big minus, since there is not a lift.

Review 2：In general, everything was fine.

Review 3：We only ever saw staff on checking in and out. This wasn't a problem, but it was very very quiet.

Review 4：A spacious apartment in an interesting part of town. Not too far to the centre, and good food and drink options available locally. The apartment was cleaned once in the 4/5 days we were there, and new towels were provided. Small but decent kitchen facilities. We enjoyed our stay.

Review 5：There is no elevator. The receptionist at the flat is not always there for 24h, so we have to go to another flat to check-in

Review 16：I stayed in an apartment on the top floor. massive room! windows blocked all the noise out. kitchenette well equipped. the whole place was spotless and very clean! the carpet is a little old but you really wouldn't care as the room is very nice. amazing value for money. if you're travelling there with the metro, get off at IP Pavlova rather than Muzeum because it'll be easier to walk down a hill.

Review 17：We had apartment but this place was absolutelly very NOISY. It is a building of hostel. I don´t recommend this place. There are many many better possiblities in the center than this place (HOSTEL). Never more.

Review 18：My passcard didn't work and they didn't change it. I had to wait front of the entrance for someone to come so I can get in to hostel. for 2 days, 3 different employees wasn't able to give me a passcard which works

Review 19：They tried to charge us another 50% of the booked fee for 3 children in the same apartment, saying that our reservation is valid only for 4 adults - finally, they agreed not to. This was our last experience with apartments, we will prefer rated hotels, even if they are slightly more expensive. Apartments are like a gamble while travelling...

Review 23：No free towels (50 CZK), not too fresh wc/shower rooms and kitchen. Additional deposits 10 euros for both key card and key for private box. Waited about 10 minutes in the hall waiting for reception staff to open the door with no idea where they are.

Review 24：Perfect free wi-fi. There was a table inside the dormitory to work with a notebook. Price is low, location is good enough.

Review 25：Only little moment, the room in which windows are located on street Sokolska - are a little loud in the morning (cars, ambulances, police). If you want to sleep late in the morning with closed windows - no chance.

Review 27：One of the staff at the Joy Spot was quite difficult to deal with. She wanted to charge be 1.5x the booking rate to stay in a room with construction all around, that I didn't book in the first place. Inconvenient but no big deal. You get what you pay for...

Review 28：If you can get a good rate here, it's a great deal. I arrived late the first nite and was transferred to their other location, the Joy Spot. I wouldn't recommend staying there. The accommodations at CityStay was much better!

Review 53：Comfortable beds, good location, little shop next door to pick up some food/drink. Good for smokers as you don't have to walk a long way. The staff was helpful and also recommended a very good local restaurant. They even called us immediately when they found out that we departed leaving a notebook behind in the room, so we could still go back to pick it up before leaving the city.

Review 58：Its not just apartments its a hostel too which was quiet loud and had to ask people to keep the noise down on more than one occasion. No Lift. Did not have two bathrooms as requested. The pictures are not a true representation of the apartment. Building Works going on from 8am til 6pm. Electricity wires hanging out of walls. Some sockets did not work. Dirty Carpets. Smelt of drains in the bathroom. Cleaner was meant to come in twice, but did not we had to ask for new towels.

Review 98：We saw the staff only once - when we arrived. Every other time we need sth we should csll them or go to the other hostel to find an administrator. Also, the hostel have a lot of doors: gates, door on the first floor and on the 3d, and in the evenong some of them randomle were closed and we hadn't keys so we should go to the next hostel and ask for keys. Also, we have lived there for 10 days and nobode changed towels and brougt toilet paper! The carpet on the floor were very dirty and stinky, I think they don't use vacuum cleaner at all. And last, our windows looked on the common balcony and the curtains were really very short so everybode could see what we do! So we had to invent sth and use a bedspread as a second curtain.... But to be honest we were the only guests in this strange hostel.

Review 99：Location is really great, the very centre of city - 1 minute from Vatslavska square, 1 minute to the nearest underground station. We had an appartament with kitchen, and it was pretty convinient.

Review 102：The room in real is totaly different from the picture on the website.There was dirty carpet, neighbors came to their room every night at 2A.M. smoked and talked till 5 A.M. We heard every word and smell thesmoke. It was terrible!!

Review 105：Maintenance of this hotel was terribly old. Many of Electricity power outlet are not in service. Hidden And the room was musty smell. seems not used for long time. No hairdryer. No elevator. The reception room is on the third floor. So you need to carry your baggages till the top. Very inconvenient.

Review 109：The apartments are absolutley not the ones shown in the photos. There is no cleaning at all, when we arrives one window was broken and we had broken glasses in the room (they told us was because of the storm of the previously week -this meant the apartment wasn't cleaned since that day). The only furniture we had were 5 chairs (no tables for eating) and 5 matress (no beds, just matresses on the floor!!). The reception is on the second floor of an apartment with no lift, very uncomfortable if you have heavy luggage.

Review 111：the apartment was not an apartment, but a room, even though in the offer there was a choice between deluxe room for 4 and apartment with two rooms for 4. It was dirty, everything was sticky, the woman responsible for cleaning was insolent and sad she wasn't able to clean correctly, as she hadn't had equipment!!!

Review 114：Perfect ratio price/location. Hostel's situated nearby Prague 1 and it's 5 minutes walk to get to the underground station. Everything was good except doorways between rooms which are quite thin and the noise coming from one room is strongly spreading to another. Hope somehow administration will solve this problem:)

Review 115：The flight of stairs is enormous! The reception is located on the 3rd floor of the building in which I stayed. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. Having heavy or much luggage is certainly a burden. There was trouble in finding my keys to the apartment. The bathroom did not have a flattering smell. I could smell a bit of sewer at times. When I lift up the toilet seat, it flew completely off! There is no view of the city from the apartment in which I stayed. If you want to sleep late and wish to have darkness in the room, it is difficult since the curtains do not reach completely to the end of the windows. The room in which I stayed is adjacent to another room that is only separated by a door. When the other guests talked or laughed or even opened a cabinet, I could hear. And when they decided to turn up the music and sing along, it was a nightmare. It always felt like the other guests were in the same room, which was not a good feeling. Lastly, the internet stopped working some time Saturday morning (I checked in Friday afternoon). It still was not working upon my leaving on Monday afternoon at 11. This was very inconvenient for working and leisure purposes.

Review 116：The location is excellent. Less than 1km from the main station and less only 500m to the main shopping area of Prague. The staff were friendly. The room was nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchenette is well-equipped and the bathroom very bright.

Review 117：third floor and NO left and no help with luggage etc. , the TV did not work when i told the reception they offered no solution whatsoever and the reception is not in the same building which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking so when i arrive at the apartment address given i had to make a call and then i was told i had to go (with luggage) to the reception in a different building (about 100 meters) and was given the address and when i have to check out i had to carry my luggage to the reception to give back the keys (they will not come to the apartment to collect the keys).

Review 119：It was 5th floor without lift, please think about it if you have r taking big luggages with you. The carpet was quite dirty, and, in general, the room and building itself. Our room was separated by a old door from another room, so we could hear EVERYTHING from our neighbors. Wifi was working only in the kitchen. In the bathroom was quite freezing In general, its not so bad place if you get a cheap price, if not, not worthfull at all
