Review 1：The room was well appointed and the staff could not have been more helpful. We had some business printing that need doing and they did it all...also left a memory stick behind and they located and sent to us

Review 2：If you never sleep, this is a hotel for you. Because this is on the busiest street of Bari, the traffic is terrible, even during the night time. The windows HAVE NO ISOLATION AT ALL. Although a half a year before our arrival we asked for a peaceful room, if it is possible on a higher floor, we got a deluxe!!! room (no.102) just above the hotel entrance and on the 1. Floor. When I complained they said the hotel was fully booked. The description said that balcony belongs to the room. Balcony in this hotel means, that you can open a door instead of window, but it is not possible to step out. In the deluxe room they provide 1 chair for 2 persons. Every morning we had to wait 5-8 minutes to have any warm water. Finally we had to buy earplugs, just to sleep something. Never again!

Review 4：The view from our hotel room was very disappointing as we were facing other rooms. Hard to get fresh air and proper light. Also it was my husband's 40th birthday but noone noticed, even though an email was sent prior arrival.

Review 7：lady at check in was surly. she was the only employee that I met during my stay that was unpleasant. no bath tub in any of the classic rooms, although one is pictured in the photos re room description. Room was small, approx 15m2 not the 20m2 as advertised. Airconditioning did not work properly. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. although pictured in room description. WiFi did not seem to work.

Review 8：Historic Building, located within a few steps to Teatro Petruzzelli. Old Town is a 10 minute walk and the Public beach 'Pane e Pomodoro' about 20 mins roof top terrace (drinks can be ordered by phone) room on 3rd floor allowed for window to be left open the food in the bar (which is also the breakfast room) is good room was impeccably clean and bed nicely made E-mail correspondance with Tiziana at reception prior to arrival was prompt and helpful. Male AM receptionist was friendly and helpful and recommended a good restaurant. Maintenance man and housekeeper and bar staff very friendly. Coffee at breakfast was good and freshly prepared.

Review 12：Really difficult to find a parking spot outside - carage is super expencive - 25e /day. The window opened to a small, dark, covered "backyard" (not outside). A lot of corridors. A bit claustrofobic. And, I didn't like the ikea-style decoration.

Review 23：Staff service not very attentive, not very helpful, never apologise. Firstly, we had to move room due to insects. I found around 100 fire ants (may be more) in the room 203 on the carpet. It was after housekeeping cleaning service in the afternoon. First seen, we couldn't believe there were ants in the Four Star Deluxe hotel that previous review was excellent so we booked this hotel. We took picture/video and told reception straightaway. After sometime one of housekeeping person came to check and noticed that there were fire ants. Hence we had to move room to another but obviously we did not feel comfortable because we were staying in the hotel with full of ants. None of hotel staff apologised until we check out. Secondly, our room was on the street view but we couldn't sleep easily due to street noisy. Thirdly, breakfast was ok but we need to find place to sit ourselves because only two waiting staffs were working, no clean table, and even cleared our table when we came back from buffet. Finally, I still believe that I left one of my stuff in the hotel but email back saying that 'we don't find any'. My suggestion: Please Avoid this hotel.

We stayed 2 days and our flight hone wasn't until 10.00 pm on the Friday. it was over 40 degrees in Bari on the Friday and after we had checked out and been for lunch the reception gave us a courtesy room to use for the afternoon and when we left wouldn't charge us

Review 31：Soundproofing could be better. My room was facing a little courtyard (more like a well) and I could hear someone coughing through the closed window. Fortunately, it was quiet otherwise and I had a good sleep.

Review 32：The location is perfect. 5 minutes from the historical old town and many restaurants, ~10-15 minutes from the railroad station, and within a walking distance from the Pane e Pomodoro city beach. It's a good walk but there is a bus line along the shore. The hotel is very well kept and clean. A/C was working fine. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and polite.

I can not say anything else except my pure delight of the place. thank you!

Review 53：Had a problem with door key getting into Room 310. I kept complaining that it was a problem with the card reader outside the door and not the card which they replaced 4 times. They sent up one maintenance man who did nothing and couldn't understand the problem. The second maintenance man was much better and showed me how to pull the card key up inside the slot to improve the contact. Staff at front desk were not helpful regarding this and it was frustrating to not be able to get in and out of room easily

Review 61：We didn’t like the coffee at the hotel. Everywhere else in Bari coffee was very tasty, but unfortunately not at the hotel. The pillows were also not very comfortable. For some reason they do not vacuum clean the carpet on the floor. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and they never vacuum cleaned the carpet.

Though the hotel is quite far away from the beach, it takes 25-30 minutes to get to the beach on foot. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. Rooms are small, but quite comfortable and clean.
