Review 2：Hotel is convenient to business connections in Hanau and Steinheim, Always comfortable, clean and accommodating to our needs no matter what time we arrive. We love staying here and we are recognized readily as return customers.

Review 3：a fantastic hotel with good facilities and a good service. Not a chain hotel, but private owned and this you notice positively everywhere. For sure we will reserve this hotel again when we are in that area.

Review 4：Seemed very short of staff at the weekend and it wasn't always easy to find them. We couldn't get a coffee when we came in at about 10 oclock in the evening. We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Review 6：Great hotel that was close to the venue for a wedding we were going to. Beds were really comfortable. They let us check in an hour early to get ready for the wedding. Has lunch and breakfast and would recommend.

Review 7：large spacious room and bathroom, good bed, linen and towels, walking distance from town centre, amazing buffet breakfast. The top room in the older section of the hotel had a unique layout which we really enjoyed.
