Review 15：The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was superb. I would certainly stay there again and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
Review 16：The staff of this hotel went very far out of their way to ensure guestswere happy and content. They take great pride in everything they do. Iwould highly recommend a stay in this location.When the owner recommended a taxi company to me but that taxi company failed to collect me - he took this personally as if HE had failed and went out of his way to try and make it up to me. Even offering a discount on the room rate. The failure was not even his fault and he was moved to try and make up for it. Care and customer service of that level of dedication is rare and hard to find. 100% recommend this location wholeheartedly to anyone staying in this area, or intending to travel into Enschede.
Review 17：Restaurant closed. Maid comes into my room immediately after knocking at 10:40 am waving her hands speaking German. I think she wanted me to leave. Owners wide told me 3 times they have wedding guests coming so I felt like I was being hurried out after one night.

Review 31：The friendliness of the owner and how welcome we were made. They were busy renovating the hotel so we did not see it looking at its best but it did not impinge on our stay. In fact the owner reduced the room rate as compensation.

Review 35：Staff was very friendly!! The room and the rest part of the hotel was very clean. Appereance of the hotel from the street gave the impression that the hotel is not so nice, but inside....it was absolutely different! It is very beautiful and nice hotel!
