Review 1：The reception man was not great - promised to bring an additional heater and an extension cable to the room but never did during 3 days of our stay. The breakfast was quite expensive (13 eur). The hotel also claims it has a damfbad (humid bath) in its spa centre but it was not working for 2 days out of 3 and it is not a real damfbad, it is just all plastic... Bathroom in the rooms is quite small, no place where to dry wet towels or some clothes.
Review 2：Good location (close to town centre), great large breakfast, nice staff at the hotel restaurant and bar, very good facilities (warm pool suitable also for kids, sauna, bowling, hotel bar with open fire, elevators, free underground parking), fast internet, spa working from 9 to 10 every day. You can rent a bathrobe and ask for slippers.

Review 19：The staff is not too friendly. The interior of the hotel and of the room need a restauration. The at mid of december seems almost desert and some services are not available.
