Review 1：Extremely slow service checking in and out - not enough people to service the amount of rooms they have. You get excellent customer service in Colombia but not at this hotel, staff (with the exception of one or two who were lovely), were unhelpful, even rude and unfortunately this is what is remembered. We signed a form when checking in to waive the hotel insurance yet was charged this on checkout and when we queried this we had to spend more time while the person (same who checked us in) went through all the forms they had to prove we had signed the waiver.

Review 9：We had a problem with the card reader on one of our rooms. We spoke with the staff and they assured us they would fix the problem. Then the very next night we had the same issue. Other then that we had a good stay.

Review 13：We asked the staff to call us a taxi for the next morning, they totally forgot about this so we were running late to get our flight, they didn't excuse this mistake and became very unfriendly towards us
