Review 16：on the first night we were in an apartment which was on the 2nd floor with steep stairs, no elevator - not the best thing for us. the apartnent itself was very spacious.

Review 20：The street in front of the hotel is very busy and it is a relatively small street. It was not so easy to unload the stuff for the whole family. However, the reception staff was helpful and showed us the way to get some free parking.

Review 21：The hotel is in a very good location. It is not far away from the city center and right by the nice tourist spot. The Family room is actually two connected double rooms, which worked out well for us. It is nice to have an Elevator (Lift).

Review 22：There was no restaurant in the hotel. Restaurants in the area shut down at about 21.30hrs. It means fast food, if you work late in the office. There is also no option to unwind with room service after a hard day in the office. It makes what would otherwise be an excellent hotel to be a very average one..

Review 30：We picked Bad Homburg because it was only 25 minutes from Frankfurt Airport. The hotel is very close to Kurpark, a gorgeous park to walk around in. The hotel suite was perfect as our son is 22 and enjoys having his own room, as opposed to a pull-out couch in our room. We were pleased to have washcloths, something that is rare to nonexistent in Germany, but much missed by us. The rooms were clean and modern. Parking was provided just a couple of blocks away.

Review 62：I booked the hotel via Booking.com. Just after that they blocked 400eurat my visa card. It is ok. Two weeks later I stayed at the hotel andthey asked me to pay 400eur. I had to pay by cash because the blockedamount was still blocked at my visa card and they couldn't accept itas a payment. They told me that the blocked amount will be released inone month and this is my problem. Honestly, I paid the last cash that Ihad at that moment. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Review 64：- Double economy room is small and has a 1,40 m-wide-bed, so we had to switch to a larger room - for 15 Euro extra. - We found no wheelchair access and needed to climb quite a high stairs to get to the reception.
