Review 1：Wifi coverage is limited only to common areas. If you are looking for the hotel by yourself it is a bit difficult - because it does not have any signs with its name...so better to use transfer from airport.

Review 2：Good hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff, nice rooms, good beds. Good location

Review 3：- Wifi connection not too reliable, staff not too interested in resetting the router although it seemed from very beginning that the fault was there. - Although card payment was advertised and reconfirmed during the check-in, it never materialised since they had constant "machine/system faults" and somehow it was turned into customer problem to start running and finding cash - strong dislike!

Review 22：The manager's laissez faire attitude, meaning that "the guests complain, but they will leave, so why bother?" We couldn't lock our room, complained to the owner, promised to fix it, but ... No soap in the room, no cleaning the first day, you will need a torch, because they don't change the bulbs. I guess there's better options in Hanga Roa for your money!

Review 24：The first room we were in was brutally hot and had no AC. The island itself was warm and breezy but inside the room was in the 90s and stuffy. There was also no hot water. We switched to a different room that was a little bigger. It was only marginally cooler but we found 3 cockroaches and 2 spiders in the first 15 min in the room. After a 2nd sleepless night, my wife and I decided to switch to hotel Manavai (a much much nicer hotel a block away). We checked out before 11AM but the receptionist still charged us for 3 nights. I will be disputing the charge for the third night with American Express because it's not like we canceled the whole reservation with no notice. The rooms were simply hot and bug infested and no one should have to pay for that.
