Review 1：There was almost no guest at the hotel and the personnal was clearly incompetent. We waited for everything : the key of the room, the bill, etc. And we always had to ask twice to have what we needed. We also asked for some information about the town but they seemed not to want to help us. I really don't recommend this hotel and don't imagine how they manage the hotel when it's full!

Review 10：Room had an urine smell, which was covered by room parfume daily. Taxi has to drive a long way to the hotel (has to take a u-turn on the highway). Breakfast room is like a waiting hall. Cold pool water. Gym is worn down.

Review 12：Hearing noise from adjacent rooms. Lack of sun beds around pool and swimming pool itself, although attractive, is not deep enough to swim in. If you don't have your own transport then Serena Suites is a bit isolated for both the town and the beaches.
