Review 1：Food was bland, and tasteless. Beds and pillows were very hard. We both had very sore backs by the end of the week. We had trouble getting extra blankets and had to ask a friend who spoke English to ask. When I asked they said they didn't have any blankets. They said the hot water heater was broken, so we had to shower with cold water until a Spanish friend gave the hotel staff an unpleasant phonecall. Then suddenly over night, the hot water was fixed.

Review 3：There is no gym, that was a lie on the website. The breakfast was very small and not as advertised,the menu was rubbish definitely not worth the extra money-not at all. I was robbed in broad daylight. For what I paid for, what I received was not worth it.

Review 7：Noisy neighborhood, located very far away from the city and or airport, difficult to get there. Restaurant is outside of the hotel.
