Review 1：Carpet not very clean, need to be changed. Small and old TV Curtains not thick enough to have a dark room during the day

Review 3：Bad attitude by receptionist upon arrival, maybe because I interrupted her carrying out her pedicure! The breakfast waitress wasn't much happier.

Review 5：Located right in the middle of town in the semi pedestrian precinct area. Had a great al fesco dinner watching the world go by. As an added extra my motorbike was housed in a secure garage.

Review 14：It is good-looking hotel with wonderful location in the centre of city where are a lot of restarants. Big and clean rooms.
Review 15：We had read comments that appeared that some of the rooms have beenrenovated and some not. We were definitely in a non-renovated room. Oldtired furniture. The toilet was in a separate area with a door, but theshower was in the middle of the room totally exposed with no vent so thesteam filled the room. There was no internet (as advertised) and when weasked at the reception they told us to sit in the hallway outside of ourroom to get reception. It didn't work there or in the lobby orrestaurant. I finally got internet connection by sitting in a hallway ona bench next to the public toilets (and down the hall from the non-functioning elevator). We were planning to stay for 2 nights but checked-out after 1.

Review 18：The staff were very efficient and friendly. Although the room was basic, it was spotlessly clean. The building itself was a delight, with plenty of character. The restaurant was charming and the food great. Perfectly placed in the town centre and only 5 minute walk from the rail station.

Review 20：The hotel is in an excellent quiet location. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and many have been recently refurbished. There is a very good restaurant within the hotel.
Review 21：Very quiet hotel, benefitting from an outer door to each room. The area is pedestrianised, so there is little external noise either. Price is very good, considering everything.
