Review 3：The commom kitchen: old crockery and microwave. Anyway, there are plenty of quality restaurants in the city centre and in the surroundings!
Review 4：The landlady is always at your disposal, she is very friendly and nice. The room was quite big, with a private bathroom (wc + shower), good heating, comfortable bed, tv, good wi-fi speed, proximity to a supermarket.
