Review 1：Expensive. The staff gave us breakfast tickets when we checked in, which made us thought that the breakfast was included. However, you had to pay extra for the breakfast. The breakfast was not that good.

Review 5：An old guy at the reception besides being slow and incompetent was also very rude to us during check out process. I have stayed at this hotel many times but was disappointed by the service at the reception.

Review 10：No WIFI or extremely slow in a business hotel...? Pretty noisy if you have the window looking at the street. During reservation I asked for a room with different view, despite of that I got the window to the street having busy traffic 24 hours...you need to work hard to get a sleep easy.

Review 14：We arrived at 9am, we asked if we could get an early check in, the lady at the counter was RUDE> she would not allow us to check in until 3pm, we stopped back twice betwen 9am and 1:30pm and she said our room wasnt ready. We offerred to purchase another room and she said no. We did have vicodin taken out of our pants pockets in our room. We did not have any soap in 3 of the spots they could put it. We asked for a rollaway-never got it. We asked for more towels they brought up one then took it back the next day. We asked for a blanket and pillow they said they would bring it right up, never showed. So maid service was horrible and one lady (am shift) lady was rude and not helpful. You would think if renting out the most expensive room in the hotel you would be treated a little nicer.

Review 15：We rented 1 of 2 of the penthouse suites on the 6th floor. The room was amazing! Great bed, kitchen table, family room, huge bathroom. Great room for the price! Very clean

Review 16：Hotel is too pricey for what it offers in term of comfort and decoration. The shower curtain was old and looked musty brown/yellow. Traffic noise exist, however it's not so high as mentioned.

Review 57：This is a great place to stay and well worth the price. The staff wasvery accommodating. My room was very quiet. I received an early check-in and late check-out with no trouble. The air conditioning was one of the best I've had in any hotel, which I appreciated during the small heat wave coinciding with my visit. The parking is plentiful and convenient. Each room has a mini-bar refrigerator with just enough room to store your own drink bottles. I did not have an opportunity to eat in the hotel's restaurant.

Review 68：I took a room for smokers, because I'm smoker too but when entering the room, it smelled really bad of smoke. I think that the reason was that the room was not aired enough. They should use some air refreshers or at least make sure that the room is aired enough before the check-in.

Review 73：We liked the bathroom, nice and large with a bath and shower. We also liked the location and car parking. It was only a few minutes walk to the shopping area.

Review 74：Because of the noise from the street it was impossible to sleep in theroom we got, on the 1st floor. We could literaly hear people talkoutside of the room. Most probably a problem with sound isolation,however this you don't expect in the 4 star hotel. We had to wake upagain very early in the morning, and still were changing rooms middle ofthe night. Some more care & interest of reception would be appriciated.The bathroom could be cleaned better and the shower curtain changed.

Review 76：Excellent location, only 1.1 km from the train station. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Reception staff were brilliant, fluent in English and very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Review 77：Although internet access was availible in the room it was at an additional charge which appeared to be quite pricey. We had stayed at similarly priced hotels recently where a limited amount of free Wi-Fi was availible (more that enough to check / send a few emails, confirm bookings etc). with the option to buy more data if required.

We arrived after 9 pm and staff suggested local places that would possibly still be serving dinner. Free on site parking. Easy walking distance to the centre of town. Plenty of shops/cafe's within a few minutes walk of the hotel.
