Review 1：One night they hosted a marriage and the music was a bit loud but honestly, I thought it was awesome to see a bit of German culture. The music wasn't that loud, just enough to notice it.
Review 2：The staff was very friendly and serving. When I tried to get the wifi code from the front desk but couldn't quite understand, the lady basically ran up the stairs to give me the code on paper. It was really nice of her/them. The hotel was nice, cozy, and quiet. The breakfast was good: yogurt, breads, cheeses, fruit, tea, coffee, bacon, eggs, oatmeal...probably some more.
Review 3：Made a stupid mistake and made the reservation on the wrong day...uponmy arrival a day late staff was friendly and made no fuss at all. Had alate dinner and good breakfast being attended to by friendly andprofessional staff

Review 11：Staff was friendly and helpful. They did help whatever was possible in their capacity to help. Late check out was accepted. Hotel facility is like boutique luxury style. The owner Madam Jutta was very kind, helpful and professional for guest's stay at her family hotel. Very clean and peaceful hotel and a big Super Store is just in front of the hotel.

Review 13：An outstandingly good Hotel, with attentive, helpful and friendly staff,along with spacious rooms and high quality of finish. The staff made usfeel welcome and left us clearly of the opinion that our custom wasimportant; real customer focus was constantly evident. The restaurantoffered an excellent and varied menu; the evening meals in particularwere a true delight, with the quality of the food and its presentationbeing of a very high standard. The dishes were large, and wellproportioned. Restaurant staff were knowledgeable, helpful and alwaysattentive, even when the restaurant became more busy as the eveningsprogressed. The bedroom was spacious, bright and impeccably clean; thebed was one of the most comfortable we have come across anywhere in ourtravels. A fast internet connection (wired) was provided free of charge;a real plus as the wireless internet in the Gronau area seems to besporadic. The en suite included a whirlpool bath, and a high performanceshower with masses of hot water, constantly available. We wouldrecommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone; for business it is idealand there is plenty to recommend it to families as well. Overall, anexcellent hotel.
Review 14：If I really have to mention anything less than perfect : although the kitchen serves excellent (local German) dishes, the portions are a bit small.... personally I found it necessary to order two meals (main courses) one after the other in order to feel satisfied. Not what I am used to in Germany, I must admit.
Review 15：An excellent hotel just accross the Dutch border into Germany, and therefore a lot cheaper than hotels in the Netherlands. Located at a main road further into Germany, the hotel is very easy to reach and it is also very easy to continue your journey from there. Very, very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel manager even offered to take my suitcases to my room ! (which I declined). Large and very clean rooms, great roomy bathroom with an excellent shower, excellent sound-proofing (because of the traffic on the road in the morning), an excellent kitchen for both dinner and breakfast and again very helpful and attentive (serving) staff who are really interested in you as a guest. Lots of parking possibility and if you are on motorcycle like me and you ask nicely, they would allow you to park securely around the back at their own private parking as they did with me. Actually, they made a mistake : I booked a single room... the manager gave me a double room... so I honestly told him about this. But as he made a mistake, he said, I did not have to change the room and would not be charged extra, I could keep the more luxurious room for the same price. Now that is perfect (German) service ! Very happy with this hotel, definitely to be recommended whole-heartedly, will definitely come back here next time when I travel in this direction !
