Review 1：There was nothing i did not like. I would just make a suggestion that on the stairs should be a little note saying that rooms 22-25 are on the 2nd floor. It was confusing that some rooms up to 20 something and than 30 + something were on the first floor.. but rooms numbered over 21 were on the second

Review 3：the double bed didn't feel like a one, reason being that it was very much uncomfortable having to sleep on a sinking bed on one side and two having the feeling as though they were two beds pulled close together to form one with a boundary at the centre separating two people who are meant to sleep together. Had a sleepless night whereas I expected to have a relaxing and peaceful night. Had the most terrible view from the window I believe. I would have wished for better. Wouldn't have had to be a view into the panorama view but not one onto a hill with grass

Nice walking paths for hikes to neighboring villages right out the door. Easy drive to, Lake Konstanze, Ludwigs castle Munich area much of Southern Bavaria . Helpfull friendly staff. Quiet retreat after a busy day. Sauna room ,also a room available with a fireplace for relaxing, reading. Some rooms have private outdoor patio areas.
Review 13：Good location - just a few minutes' ride from Immenstad and the nearby Grosser Alpsee. Fantastic view of the Alps from our room window. Spacious room with a separated living room. Good possibilities of hiking along marked touristic paths in the vicinity of the hotel.
