Review 1：The front desk help was slow, the food was so so, and the main elevator broke down.
Review 2：The location, the breakfast, the cleanliness, and the wait from the restaurant on the eleventh floor.
Review 3：VERY NOISY room. overlooking plaza bolivar. no soundproofing and windows did not fit properly so I was disturbed by traffic and people ALL NIGHT. so I was very tired next day. and I had to get a flight out of bogota early.

They didn't manet ion anything about having g to make a deposit and in the middle of our stayed ask for money I felt that was very uncomfortable fortable.bad taste and did t like that. They did not have our room ready on arrival we had to stay in a 3 bed room u till the next day.

Review 7：No a/c at the lobby or in the elevator, even though the high temperature at that time. There is just one elevator, had to wait long times, we use the stairs to get to the sixth floor, and one day it was out of work, we had to use the service elevator.

Review 10：The area isn't my favourite with quite a few casinos open nearby. This really is more of a business stay than a leisure hotel.
Review 11：when we arrived the hotel lift wasn't working so we were given an upgrade and shown to a suite in a building next door and on the plaza. The suite was large and comfortable with two double beds. Very clean and with helpful staff.
Review 12：The construction noise at 9 pm from the floors above. Having to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the service elevator on the second floor. The constant harassment by panhandlers at the front of the hotel. The room was too small for three people or even a couple. The non-functioning elevator. Management should have closed the hotel during the construction or offer a hefty discount to guests.
Review 13：The service provided by a friendly, helpful staff that is both educated and cultured. The breakfast. The bar and view from the top of the hotel. Excellent WIFI.
Review 14：Poor wifi that is slow to the point of being impossible to use. For so many staff they have things still happen at a snails pace and there is many mistakes as there is so many people involved. This hotel could be so much better with correctly trained staff.

Review 33：The general manager was very accommodating of my needs. I changed to the San Simon hotel which was much better but the checkout was poorly managed with failure to reproduce daily receipts and charging me for things I did not have. Thankfully I had a Colombian friend with me who was able to fix the problem.

Review 36：The main elevator was broke the entire week we were there. So we we used the service elevator by the kitchen. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Review 37：If you are visiting Pereira this is the place to stay. It is centrally located. Lots of shops, restaurants, plazas, and things to see withing walking distance. Plaza Victoria is also a great stop. Modern movie theaters. Souvenir shops. Ask the reception if they still offer the Butterflies tour. Your guide is a gentleman called "Hugo". Hugo can also take you anywhere in town and show your group a great time. The included breakfast is fabulous. The room was always super clean. Reservations and billing was a snap. For a budget price you get royal treatment.
Review 38：Bed not comfortable, hot water took ages to come, toilet was leaking, The mini bar fridge was also leaking, Wifi didn't with the password given, Air conditioning didn’t work properly, and bathroom door was broken. We decided to move after the first night.

Review 42：When we arrived the front desk did not have our reservation. Given that we reserved and arrived hours prior, there was ample time to accommodate us. The hotel did nothing to help us accommodate in a suite, which is the room we reserved. We had to leave as un satisfied guests at this hotel, i do not recommend the staff at all as they were belligerent on this issue of lost booking.com reservations.

Review 44：I was charged for an area guide that was in the room sealed incellophane which had a warning in Spanish ( Ido not read Spanish) thatif opened the Hotel would automatically charge for it. Needless to say Ihave informed my business associates to avoid the Soratama Hotel sincethey also charged me about 30% more than the amount mentioned in thereservation.
