Review 1：During breakfast there may be people from the street sitting next to you and tables are small. Owners are pretty people but do not speak English which makes the conversation a bit challenging. They are good in German though :) Smoking is allowed in the cafe but that is the case for most czech cafes and bars. Room was not cleaned during 2 nights stay. Also be aware that most of the shops and restaurants close in Znojmo early - shops around 6 pm. and restaurants and bars around 9pm.
Review 2：Very cozy and beautifully decorated hotel. All room are different and well equipped. Location is perfect and car parking available is preliminary reserved. Breakfast is served at your requested time in the cafe downstairs. Pretty inner garden with green plants and live parrots. We had a trouble with shower during the first night and the owner fixed everything the next day right after notice.

Review 4：one of the best breakfast I have had ... A jug of juice, and fresh rolls, yummy pastry... Location was easy to get to ... The room has wonderful character ! Great place to crash ! The garden is full of parrots ! We had a latte and watched the birds after driving for 4 hrs
Review 5：The breakfast! They ask you what time you want to start your day and they have an entire table ready at that time for you. It was a great, big breakfast and I was able to make a lunch out of it! It's a great location, close to what you want to see but still quietly secluded. I think this hotel made my trip!
Review 6：No hot water for bath Also unfortunately a pipe had burst somewhere and they had workmen in and for two days, banging and drilling until late at night (10pm) and starting following day at approx 8am (which was a Sunday) so I could not relax in my room and had to keep going out, not even headphones drowned out the noise . This was no fault of the owners, but I'd I had not already paid I would have found somewhere else

Review 8：Unfortunately, when we stayed, road works were being carried out, which did disturb our sleep. That of course, was completely outside the control of the hotel.

Review 10：Due to the high ranking we expected a great stay however we were disappointed. My friend from Znojmo already told me in advance that for the region the price is quite high. Room and staff were ok but that's it, no "wonderful".

Review 12：Everything. This very special Penzion is ideally located. It has an eclectic decor greatly complimented by the smiling delightful host, who goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
Review 13：A bit noisy in the morning do to Construction Work is taking place at the moment in the area. Staff can not do anything about it.

Review 15：At night my room was a bit noisy - in the narrow paved street every single car makes a noise. Of course, staff cannot do anything about it - just get ready for shorter nights.

Review 17：Reason of choosing this hotel were more than 9.1 points form reviews and it was excellent place to stay, amazing service for that price. If I visit Znojmo once more, I will definetly stay at that place. Breakfast was very nice as well, we had a great choice things to eat. I think that hotel was renovated recently, because it looks like new on the inside.
Review 18：Smoking allowed in the coffee shop were the breakfast was served so it was not so nice with the smell. The bed was hard, but this seems to be normal in Czech Rep, obviously the people there enjoy sleeping hard.
