Review 1：It wasn't clean at all. Maybe it is because of the holidays and they were busy, but there were dirty mugs in the kitchen and hair in the shower...

Review 2：The property is close to the city centre and the free parking was also a plus

Review 3：Very opportunistic and cheater residence manager! No communication atall for any need. They also charged extra money without any reason ontomy credit card with no information. Very bad internet connection. If youdont want a trouble, stay away from this place.

Review 5：It is a good place with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, we had everything the photos previously showed us. If you have special requests, when asked in advance the staff helps you. The location is good as well, not in the city center but not far, either!!!

Review 6：My apartment was spacious enough, though I felt it does lack a bit in terms of furniture and amenities if you were to stay longer than a few days. Also, because of the scarce decoration, the room resonates somewhat. There is no tv, but that's not an issue in a lively city for me.please note that in order to leave the parking you have to make sure the cars behind you will be able to move in time..

Review 8：Even though parking was free, it was horribly organized. We travelled by car, and it was our priority to chose an accommodation with free parking, due to the lack of parking space and expensive fees in Prague. The first day, there wasn't any open spots, which wasn't that big of a problem, because we called fairly late to ask for one, so we were expecting it. The contact said it will be free the next day at 11:00, but we couldn't move the car there the next day until the evening! Also, there are 3 places after each other and it's closed from one side, so if you park first you can't get out until the other 2 cars leave or let you out. One day during the stay we had to come back from the other side of the town during sightseeing, because someone wanted to check out/leave and was in the inner parking space. Nobody warned us before and it was not organized, so it made the stay EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. Same thing happened at our check out. Huge minus point for that.

Review 9：The area was nice and really close to the center. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and quite well equipped!! Great price for the quality.

Review 10：In the parking place, the cars have to be in line. This requires a little bit of coordination among the car owners by phone.

Review 11：Everything you need for a short trip and stay in Praha. Beside this remark on the recommendation, Metro (larger hub) and Tram are close (Tram 11 is close to the residence). Nice restaurants and pubs are nearby (Give the Vietnamese one a try). Our contact Christina gave a good introduction in the rules of the recommendation. She was very supportive. Thanks.

Review 12：Very big and comfort apartment. Clean and have all necessary things we needed. Quiet residence area and has supermarket by 10 mins walking. No more than 20 mins walking to arrive the centre of Praha.

Review 21：It was bad experience with this apartment. We where waiting 2 hours for apartment key. I was calling them but nobody was receiving my calls. Finally one lady received my call and said I will not talk now and call to other number.

Review 22：The shower area appeared clean however had a persistently unpleasant odor. The washing machine in the unit was a great feature but was broken.

Review 23：Studio apartment in a nice safe neighborhood conveniently located within a short walk to the metro, restaurants, markets, and city attractions. The bed was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was clean and spacious.

Review 26：The futon bed was big and comfortable enough but the pillows were minuscule. The key provided opened both the apartment and the door to the street which was locked at night and occasionally at other times. The morning we departed we left the key on the kitchen table as instructed and the door closed and locked behind us. We found ourselves unable to exit the building because the main door was locked and required a key from the inside to be opened. Luckily after knocking on many doors we were able to get someone to let us out. This arrangement would prove more than an inconvenience in case of a fire or other emergancy if no key was at hand. In many countries it is mandatory that an exit door can be opened from the inside without a key. We would highly recommend this modification be installed. Meanwhile be sure you can exit the building before locking your key in the apartment.

Review 27：Residence Elema is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood well served by streetcars. There are good restaurants and small grocery shops nearby. We often walked to the old town 30 min. (We encountered one safety issue see above.) The apartment was a large, clean unit. It had an equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer (no operating instructions for North Americans) but it was otherwise sparsely appointed. There was no TV, radio, or seating except for 2 chairs in the kitchen. Kristina who served as the off sight reception person was very accommodating and helpful.

Review 28：Main concern was there was no complimentary tea or coffee provisions, I feel this should be a must as you're not always in the best position to go out straight after arriving for some refreshments. Dishwasher was dirty, but thankfully we didn't need to use it.

Review 29：Location was brilliant, nice quiet safe area, but easy route into town, and definitely walk-able if you're up for it. Nice and spacious apartment, and a working lift, which after walking all day definitely is a must.

Review 30：Our apartment was at the top (5th floor) and the elevator could not hold our bags and the family. So it is okay if you don't mind steps or waiting for 2 trips on the elevator.

Review 31：Lots of space and a great kitchen for cooking. Much more than we expected so close to Prague center. And they have some air-conditioned rooms which was great since it was close to 40C!

We got late to check out which instead of 7:30 am we asked to gave us 20 min more. She got upset and told us we only have 10 min. The staffs assistance are not flexible and friendly enough to run such business.

Review 45：The communication for the check-in was efficient. The studio is new, clean and comfortable. The building is near a metro station (5 min walking). Nikol (the person in charge) is very nice and willing to help. There is a small free private parking (3 spots).

Review 46：The staff was very acommodating to our needs and even made some wonderful and affordable restaurant recommendations and told us of a nice park near the apartment that was a bit more secluded from the tourist areas. The apartment was clean and well maintained and was a bargain compared to the hotels and hostiles in the area.

Review 88：We were asked to tell them by mail at what Time we arrive at the apartment, do not arrive later because Vendy, the girl who was waiting for us ( because she Did not wait for our text message to tell her the exact arriving Time ) she tried to make us paying 15€ more just because they are not well organised, And she had to wait. She was the most unpleasant host i ve ever seen, It is unacceptable!!!
