Review 1：With my room facing the street it was a little noisy with the partying outside (my fault for not having been out there too the first night...)

Review 2：Room is roomy with two double beds, great closet space, fridge and goodies, nice bathroom and shower, and the staff is great. The location is also good for walking to many places or a short can ride

Review 3：Room's balcony so close at bus stop (8 meters approx.) From the street anyone could climb to your balcony and balcony's door hasn't look; concergie said there's no problem with that due hotel has surveillance camera but that don't prevent someone from the street entry to your room while you're sleeping. Problem with shower drain, water doesn't flow and I should stop my shower before I finished in order water doesn't spill out of the shower (no bathtub).

Review 4：Seems to be unfinished. The hotel is completely noisy, there is no carpets, so at night you hear people, specially women walking and is crystal clear. I stayed for two nights. The first one in front to the street, so the area is congestive and noisy specially from Friday to Monday. the second day was a little less noisy. There is also very illuminated inside the rooms, there are spaces in the curtains and in the doors that permit the light to pass easily. The breakfast is very basic, you have no choices. The first day there was at least 3 options to choose, the second day there was only one kind of bread for example.

Review 6：The discotheque which is next door has really loud music which will be annoying if you try to sleep. Also the street noise is very loud inside the room. Breakfast is poor.

Review 37：The cleaning staff went through my personal belongings. The wifi did not work in my room for my computer, my iPhone or my iPad. This was my third stay at zione but I felt I was treated very poorly during my stay.

Review 39：I didn´t like several things: - First the room they assigned me had mold that is unconceivable for a brand new hotel. Although they changed me to another room this is something cannot happen in a i) brand new hotel and ii) in high season where they should double check the room and hotel conditions to avoid issues with travelers. - Second, breakfast was horrible. Not only the juice was watery and not well prepared but also some food was old and had mold (green mold in the middle of a flat bread "arepa"). Managers said that this is normal and that flat breads had black spots but this was clearly not a black spot and indeed MOLD. - Third, once the hotel staff moved to the other room was very late at noght so we didnt have time to check all the things on it. It was may be bbad luck on them or unfortunate for us but next day we realized that the A/C wasn´t working properly and it was leaking water in the room. The managers excuse on this is that we should have complained again but please be serious this should not happen on a BRAND NEW HOTEL. On top of all this they didnt offer excuses or compensation for all the things we had to experience in a two days stay. Was definitively a very bad MOMENT and I dont recommend to stay in this hotel until i) a good operator is managing it and ii) they have customer service policies in place to compensate for bad services like this. In any case Pereira and Eje Cafetero are a nice place to visit and recommend to stay at Movich Hotels two blocks down (I have been there several times but wanted to test another hotel -WHAT A MISTAKE!!!).

Review 41：I thought it was absurd that EVERYTHING in the room came with a charge, when I take a 3 night trip, I don't expect to have to pay for shampoo and soap or toothpaste, things that are customarily free even at cheap motels in the US. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable. The towels were on the cheap side for a "luxury" hotel, I expected soft and fluffy and got sandpaper instead. I asked for ice on Thursday night, with an event going on in the rooftop, it took 3 calls and over an hour for a bucket of ice. My toilet seat was loose, after 2 calls to maintenance, I tightened it myself. The breakfast buffet clearly is not important to the hotel as its one of the worst I have seen. A couple of plates of cut fruit, cold bread that was not fresh, some cheese and ham. And an omelet station.. Not very luxurious, not impressed.

Review 42：I loved the location, the appearance of the hotel, the staff was great, would have gave them a great rating had they spoke English. The room was very nice, I got a deluxe with a Jacuzzi. Great bed and blackout curtains a big plus. 1pm checkout was also very nice. Great coffee, as I expected.
