Review 1：Staff were all friendly, and one night I drank a little too much raki and beer and forgot a bag with my ipad, wallet, etc., out front of the hotel. The next morning when I came down for breakfast they immediately handed it to me, recognizing me from the photo on my drivers license. They also upgraded my friends to a sea view room after 1 night. This is a great place to stay, they care about their guests!

Review 2：- staff hardly speaks English or other foreign languages. They could not understand my query to have a shirt ironed. After one day I got it back unironed and they showed me the menu instead?!? - when i paid my bill four people were standing around me and the waiter took the money literally out of my hands. That was a bit harsh;) - Half the menu is not available. Why do they offer fruitsalad or croissants in the menu then?

Review 3：+ The sea view from the balconies, beach across the street + Breakfast is included in the room rate but not your drink (coffee,tea...), the waiter tells you every day that "it is extra" + very clean, room is cleaned daily + great value for your money

Review 4：Staff were not very attentive, it took good 15 minutes berofe waiters noticed our presence at breakfast. Breakfast will improve if it was buffet style, coffee is charged separtately. Rooms are fairly small and basic. Major problem was the shower. It does not hold the temperature of the water. The water turns itself from burning hot to freezing cold.

Review 5：pro and con's is the location. The sea view is stunning, however it is situated on the main road and is was virtually impossible to sleep with the balcony door open. Cleaning lady was very nice.

Review 8：No shower curtain, impossible to have a shower without the bathroom getting soaked, so very unpleasant to have a shower. Cleanliness is average, the bed was not made properly and after each daily "clean", there were dark hairs left in the bathroom and room. Breakfast is included but cooked plate (no buffet), waiters were very slow (there were 4 or 5 of them for 20 clients so not understaffed, first serving clients who had arrived after us) and especially standard tea and coffee are not included in the breakfast formula, it's annoying having to pay (even a small amount) at each breakfast. When we complained to the owner, he kindly accepted to cancel the bill, but the waiter muttered something unpleasant (luckily we didn't understand) under his breath. Room was overpriced in August at 60€ - for 20€ or even 40€, these problems would not have mattered, but at this special "summer tourist" price I would have expected better quality.

Review 9：Good location by the beach in a nice (albeit rather rustic) setting and access to sun loungers for free, wi-fi worked relatively well except a few hours when raining (not the hotel's fault), free parking, friendly and pro-active owner who quickly dealt with problems when asked (but let down by his staff), cooked breakfast quality is quite good.

Review 13：The hotel is new and clean. Family room is comfortable and has a nice balcony with see view. Good size bathroom. Located in a small beach with few restaurants and at walking distance to town.

Review 14：we would suggest International TV channels, only Albania... Breakfast could be improved for a buffet, some hotels near by have already done that. Coffee is paid a part, we have never seen that before! As the hotel has a private beach, we suggest to put a shower over there as we see in other places.

Review 15：We stayed for to weeks from 2 to 16 July, amazing location, very clean hotel, friendly owners and kind staff. Air conditioning works very well! If you are looking for a quite place this is the hotel for you, however it could be noise during the weekends. We really recommend it!!!

Review 21：Waiter apparently unwilling to charge meal to my room or let me take either food or drink to my room - 'Hotel is hotel, restaurant is restaurant'. I suspect something got lost on translation and it wasn't a major issue.I memntion it so that visitors and management can address it as appropriate.

Review 28：We was at Dhima Hotel from 1st of Aug to 11th of August 2014 and we had a very pleasant time. Dhima Hotel is very well located, next to the beach and very closed (5 min walking) to the center of Himara. The rooms are quite comfortable and with a great view on the sea side. Furnished with the necessary things and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cost for night was 50 euro for a double room. The restaurant it is quite good with an Italian menu. If you prefer you can find also other nice restaurants around too.
