Review 1：The week we were there was very hot, about 87. I wanted a hotel with air conditioning and was willing to pay extra. It didn't work in the first room, the next day they moved us. Same thing here, the air blew out hot air in the day, and only worked at night when it was cool. Even asked the AC repair guy there to look at when he was fixng another one, he said it worked now but it did for only a short while. If you want A/C don't stay here, the units don't work. It was miserable hot due to all windows. Otherwise it is very nice.

Review 3：The air conditioning wasn´t working.Thank God it wasn´t so hot. My pet found a dirty sock under de sofa... It didn´t belong to me.

Review 5：The bathroom fittings are badly designed allowing for rot and water damage to occur. who designs a bathroom with mdf countertops? Sound proofing between the rooms would make for a more pleasant experience at night. walls are a bit thin between the rooms. other than some bad design and construction choices, this is a great a well managed apartment hotel for the money.

Review 6：I enjoyed the location the shopping and restaurants nearby are on par with any world class city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean well kept property. Easy to walk to the terminal for day trips by bus to near by cities. plenty of buses and taxis to get around also.

Review 7：Pool at building was closed. No one tell us about pool beeng not operational before booking . Cleaning was very poor, no one touched dishes. A/C was broken , but fixed next day.

Review 9：location not bad, close to Zona Rosa with restaurants and bars. Wi Fi worked fine. Beds were a bit hard but in general it was a good value.

Review 12：Everything was good wih the apartment except two things:the shower would give you two minutes of hot water followed by ice cold water for about 5 minutes and then another 2 minutes of scolding hot water, so be careful. The second thing was the blinds where substandard, they did not block much light out.
