Review 1：No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A small complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice welcome gesture. It was a hot day when I stayed there and there was no fan or air con in the room.

Review 5：Would describe it as a bed and breakfast as opposed to a hotel, small premises. Our room was across the road up several flights of stairs with no lift. Staff unable to speak hardly any English, breakfast was poor, on morning of check out cleaner was knocking at our door at 8:45 to do the room? Although check out was up to 13:00 we were pestered to pay the bill just after breakfast about 9:45 then had to pay in cash as card machine was not working. Way to expensive, it was budget accommodation at a 4 star price. Not much to see locally. TV had no English stations except CNN.

Review 7：The set up of the hotel and reception area made it seem shabby at first. The area and the outside of the hotel doesn't look very good, but when you get to your room, it is very clean and nice. It resembled a lot of the hotel rooms that we stayed on our Rick Steves tour through Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Review 8：The receptionist was SO helpful letting us use her computer to print our boarding passes for our plane trip. She also ordered an early taxi for the next morning for us. The hotel is across the street from the reception and breakfast room and it doesn't look very nice from the outside. Once you get through the stairs to the room, the room is very nice and clean. We liked the security into the hotel. You couldn't get into the front door unless you used your room entry so only those registered could gain entrance. We liked that we had only to walk 2 blocks to the main market area of the town.
Review 9：I have to admit to my disappointment with the hotel in general having read positive reviews and looked at their website. This is however a good tourist class hotel but if you want a good night's sleep then it's not recommended since the rooms are not sound proof and the hotel ( two buildings) is situated on a corner of two busy streets and traffic and people noise can clearly be heard well into the night. Buffet breakfast adequate but not replenished even at 9.00 which again was dissapointing particularly when it was available up to 10.00
