Review 1：shame their wasn't a coffee machine in the room and I think for the town and location it is a touch expensive but generally excellent

Review 6：Location was excellent. Beautiful views of the river. great walking path along the river. excellent restaurant. very clean and modern.The staff was inviting and pleasant. very efficient. Wish I had time for a massage.

Review 7：Arriving at 1pm we were told we had to wait until 3pm to check in and the staff didn't seem in too much of a hurry to try to help get an early check in. We had to hang around for 2 hours until eventually, at 3pm it was finally ready. Also, although there were a dozen empty car parking spaces outside the hotel we were told the car park was underground. Only later did we realise it was 15 euros a day to park there - something it would have been good to be told about before hand. The upgraded room also included a free mini bar (just two bottles of water, one coke and one beer) and the coffee machine didn't work. For the extra cost of the upgrade, it wasn't worth it.

Review 8：I upgraded to the larger room with the view of the lake and the room was a good size and did have a great view. It was a corner suite so there was views most of the way around. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but the breakfast was great and again, had a fantastic view.

Review 11：Public areas "over-minimalist". There was no lounge for guests, just a small area between the bar and reception, very open plan, draughty and bleak. The bar was just part of the corridor to the dining room and rather soulless. The hotel has a fabulous river frontage but no terrace to take advantage of it. There are a couple of seats in the public plaza at the side of the hotel. The location will suit some but not all. It is quite a walk to the town centre, longer at present because the footbridge is closed, adding 15 minutes to the walk.

Review 12：Some people will like this hotel and others will hate it. We stayed 3 nights but it was not to our taste. We like modern but not ultra minimalist. We liked the space in the large bedroom and the modern bathroom but the walls were bare and the lighting very dim. There was a very good breakfast and good service from the breakfast staff. Big car park underneath the hotel and secure elevator access to the reception and upper floors. Hollies restaurant is across the plaza - this made up for short-comings in the hotel. It is a lively place with good food. It is always packed so make a reservation

Review 15：Lovely hotel around 15 minutes walk from Konstanz town centre. Fantastic food and choice of drinks, excellent helpful staff, beautifully clean and comfy bedrooms, totally soundproof rooms, great underground parking (extra charge). Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Review 19：We booked for 2 adults and 1 x 5yo child. Booking.com just forwarded the request without child so we didn't get an extra bed. We arrived after midnight so there was no other option. Didn't sleep well with 3 people in 1 bed especially with 2 small separate blankets instead of 1 large one. The manager did make it up and gave us a discount since nothing could be done. Parking in the building was 15 euros over night.

Review 21：The perfect base for sleep rest and play!We had a fabulous room overlooking the river and lake.Shopped, cycled,cycled,dined in and out and blissfully- after wonderful wellness - passed out!

Review 30：we booked and paid for a room with view of lake we got a view of an office block and a slight view of the river Rhine.we arrived a little early to be told booking in was 15.00 hrs and the receptionist walked away. when we came to pay the price had gone up on what we booked . also the car parking had also increased to 15e a day.

Review 33：This hotel is in a newer district (apts, shopping center) by the Rhineriver. Great view in Rhine with the proper room. The more expensive andfancier Riva is also on the same river bank, on the lake. If you canafford the Riva, it's nicer but the 47 Deg is a good alternative.Not charming or romantic but brand new and very functional, nice staff,excellent breakfast buffet included. If you have a car, the location isok, otherwise a bit hard to get to from old town.

Review 34：no fridge which is trouble to us to drink water as if we buy from out it will become hot cannot drink we asked them why they said for the environment and l asked then why you keep in the suite they could not answer they keep (vending machine which is not good) in each corridor and the purpose is to sell we do not mind buying but the problem they keep water with gas which we cannot drink we requested to keep water with no gas but they promised and did not do

Review 41：:I faced 3 issues 1- I booked a lake view room. But they provide me with a different room without lake view. They asked to pay 10€ per day for lake view room. 2- after I checked out, I payed for the room cost with addition cost for the lake view. But when I left the hotel (1 P.M.) they took again 100€, they said it was for late leaving!!! 3- The hotel charge me from the city tax again. By booking it was included in my reservation.

Review 42：The AC was non existant It's next to an outdoor all night nightclub. And 20+ min walk to town

Review 43：It is a new building and they have a Eco friendly AC system. But they also have floor to celing windows! So it's like a greenhouse in there. It was 30c degrees at 1 in the morning and the windows are tiny. Also it's next door to an all night outdoor night club! So you can either cook in the bed or stay awake all night to techno music. We were miserable there and the manager did nothing to compensate us. Perhaps it would be jive in the winter. Breakfest was good

Review 44：The gay at the reseption at 10.07.2014 was terrible , he did everything wrong and due to his faults we and other reseption personel had lots of difficulties. He was definetly strange and crazy.
