Review 1：Wi-fi doesn't work for Mac in Aussichtsreich. Also Bad Harzburg isn't the place to go, as it's mainly senior citizens living there. The food in the town is of poor quality and expensive. It's called a bio hotel, but this doesn't go for the food, which is overpriced for what you get, but the only option on top of the hill (and closes at 6).

Review 5：We rented a suite (apartment with one bedroom, living room, and kitchen). The location is right on the main street in Bad Harzburg and 5 mins from the cable car and great hikes. The staff is very helpful with hike recommendations - although their english is not so good.

Review 9：Cleaning during our stay was not good. Bed was not comfortable as it contained two separate small beds, pillows were incredibly thick. Our child made two lines on a table with a water color pen which we did not notice in time and therefore did not clean ourselves. When we checked out, the person at the reception stated that the hotel would charge us for a new table. Café in the hotel opens for breakfast at 8.30 am which is quite late.
