Review 1：I thought the Sauna got a Little full, but it was New years eve.. and I didnt like the fact that there were Children allowed. But can understand parents, cant use the facilities without taking them. But I would have prefered it to be Adults only.

Review 2：I loved the Design of the Hotel, I was amazed at the Detail. I felt comfortable and almost at home, everything was almost perfect.

Review 5：I check in with a friend - she checked in early and put my bags in her room, then checked in later. I was told that I received a complimentary upgrade. I did not. I received the room that was described to me on my reservation. My friend paid exactly the same and had two sinks, a bath and shower, a bar and a couch. My "upgrade" was a regular bathroom, no bath, just a shower and a desk. If this was an upgrade I'd hate to see the room I was supposed to get, not what I had paid for. The coffee service in the room was a joke. There was no tea option and I received 2 powder milk packets for coffee! I did call and request milk, which never came. Water was not provided so I had to buy my own and was that was taken by maid service. When I called I was given a chocolate bar that tasted like wax for my "discomfort". At every turn I was getting charged for city tax, when I had prepaid and it was included, this was done to me and my friend at least 3 times. I would NOT recommend this place unless you are not the one paying for it. I do not understand how the booking rating is on the high end, I would rate this a 2. Disappointed puts it mildly.

Review 6：The staff were not as friendly as I would have liked and the facilities were only at a 3 star rating rather than 5 star. The cleaning of my room was not done in a proper manner and they merely wiped down the sink. The refrigerator was warm and the items inside were warm as well. I was not pleased with my stay especially with price paid the service failed miserably.

Review 16：Garish decor and super hi-concept design where a particular "look" is far more important than comfort. Terrible layout of hotel rooms and lobby. Many rooms face an open event area that can be terribly noisy. Small room for the price and, again, designed for "looks" without regard to the fact that someone will actually sleep and move around in it. Even the room lighting system is hi-tech nonsense and unnecessary. No value added. Parking essentially detached from hotel. Not recommended.

Review 22：Staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast really good - good quality and lots of choice. Amazing view of Rhine. We were upgraded to the Beethoven suite because it was my partners 40th bday - amazing !!! What a treat. The room even had a grand piano in it!! They sent up a cake too to celebrate - we were totally spoilt! The spa was also lovely - fantastic swimming pool and my partner had a very relaxing massage. The gym is quite good but they need more bikes and more weight machines.

There is only the lobby to stay in no other areas . The hotel members should gives us an idea about the facilities in the hotel when we check in to know our options .

The fact that parking is so controlled around the hotel that one is forced to use the hotel's (expensive) underground car park. The rooms which look out onto the Hotel's inner courtyard which were so claustrophobic that we had to request a transfer.

Our food orders were taken at 7pm (salads mainly and meat as main) and by 8pm, only drinks were delivered, a requested a follow up because 1 person has to leave by 9pm. By 8.15 nothing came yet so I requested to speak to the FnB manager, I asked him if our situation was normal and he said, no. I asked him then to do something and our food was served in 5minutes. No explanation or apologies were offered to us.

Surely when you book a top suite you get parking at the hotel? The room service was appalling and the order arrived incorrect and incomplete twice and 1.5 hours later??? Potato soup had wheat in it, Pasta arrived without ham and mushroom, condensed milk was provided instead of cream for our coffee, only 1 serving of coffee/tea in the room. No smoothies - yet it is on the menu. The automated lights heating & window blinds have no visible instructions. There is no setting on the windows where one can see out but not be exposed to the public at large - design issue!

We will definitely be going back. We paid 131 EUR for a double room plus breakfast. They also gave us a baby cot free of charge.

Review 90：Technical issues. When out of curiosity, we decided to take the upgrade from superior room to junior suite, for the second night of our stay, we got the last suite available (it was a very busy weekend). We could not get one of the 2 electrically operated windows to close, and had the february cold and outside noise in the room. We happened to report this issue to the one less helpful member of the reception staff, and learned 3 hours later that the technician, who does an otherwise excellent job, had not been informed of the problem. (He finally fixed the problem in a few minutes, at 22H30 on a saturday night.) In general though, we found the operation of the electrical system in the suite (lighting, window blinds and shades) quite difficult, and at times, operating the blinds would cause the lights to shut off. This was not the case in the superior room. No pay TV. We learned that just this week, their supplier stopped this service. Wifi only free for 1 hour. You pay 19 euro extra for 24 hour coverage. And then it is still limited to 3 devices. There was an advertised price of 25 euro for the entertainment package on TV, but this price is calculated per person, not per room. So as couple you'd cough up 50 euro for a movie of your liking. Seems a bit steep to me. Anyway it was simply not available during our stay. The TV-menu offers the possibility to monitor your bill. After we took the upgrade, the menu continued to show someone else's name (without bill details fortunately!) and I never got access to my bill again. The junior suite we received was the last one available, and offered view of the construction site on the other side of the street. (work expected to complete in 2015). IMHO a more open and frank communication to the customer about what he's getting is in order.

Review 91：Brasserie Next level: Menu du Chef. Best meal ever from starters to dessert. Very high quality breakfast buffet. Wellness centre included in room price (superior room), has great heated outdoor pool, has the best hotel saunas we ever had, and we are used to visiting the larger public sauna centres. Decoration and general beauty of everything inside this hotel. Absolute cleanliness. Soundproofed rooms, really keeping the noise outside. Very very friendly, polite and helpful staff. (with only 1 exception) Free cancellation policy. Large Parking garage in hotel basement, with room to spare. Situated on the board of the river. We had some issues after we took an upgrade (see second part of review). I expressed my dissatisfaction about the upgrade to the reception manager one hour before checkout. At checkout time, I found he had not only removed the price of the upgrade from my bill, but also the price of one evening meal we had. I was impressed by the way this man treated me as a customer and a person. So while the issues go on the negative side, the way they were handled certainly go on the positive side! I will come back here!

Review 92：I reserved a superior room on the 5th floor with Rhine view (as described) at a special prize to celebrate our first valentine with my partner. To my disappointment the lady at the check-in gave us a very basic single room on the 3rd floor with a view to the construction site and despite informing her that the room was not superior as I had booked she was adamant it was. The TV was not working, no curtains, only one little sofa. To make matters worse while checking out the guy checking me out confirmed the room was nothing special and that had I booked directly with the hotel I would have had a cheaper rate!!! The information that I got is that booking.com does not convey every information. I don't know whom to blame for this blunder but for sure it ruined my romantic mood and made me very embarrassed before my partner and for sure will never choose of recommend Kameha again!!

My tag for breakfast was forgotten on my second day so I had delays in showering and getting ready as I had to wait for it to be delivered after I realized it had not been taken from my door. No bottle opener in the room, had to ask for one. Lights are cold, some warmer lights would make it more cosy. Pillows not feathers.
