Review 1：We couldn't get a good sleep there, it was so noisy!!! Very small bathroom, hard pillows and terrible smell of gas from the kitchen. We asked them for late check out ( at 2 p.m, instead of 10 a.m.), but they charged us for a whole night- not even a 50%, but 100%! If you go to San Rafael- stay away from this hotel!
