Reviews for Penzion v Kapli
Review 1:The place is inside an old chapel from the middle ages, very interesting. Breakfast was really good! Location is excellent, right next to the castle and 10mins walk to Zelena Hora, but bear in mind that its far away from the city center and the train station (though theres a bus stop right in front of the hotel)
Review 2:When we arrived, the older owner was very unpleasant, telling us we had reservation for only one person and not with a dog. I showed her my app, she said it is not what I booked and she was really unfriendly, making us extremely unwelcome. We had to call booking as she wanted to charge us more. in the end the next day she said she called booking and that we were fine, but still her long speech the first day made it quite sour for us. The younger lady is super friendly and nice - she should be running the place
Review 3:beautiful place, nice garden
Review 4:Only that the restaurant doesn't do dinner, and the area is a little sad at night - it is between the city and the industrial area.
Review 5:Amazing building. Friendly staff.
Review 6:internet connection was poor no possibility to have dinner in the surroundings (or, we could not find one)
Review 7:Great breakfast accompanied by a very relaxing music. Special atmosphere in the chapel Very close to the Unesco site
Review 8:The atmosphere of the place is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, warmhearted and very professional. Should you ever plan a visit nearby, make sure to stay here, you'll be amazed.
Review 9:Nothing really to complain about. The breakfast is basic, not much to choose from, but personally i think this is ok as the breakfast is good, fresh and tasty.
Review 10:Wonderful cozy room, nice old building with a nice atmosphere, staff very friendly. The Nepomuk church is really just around the corner. We were pleasantly surprised about this last minute booking. Def a recommendation!

Review 19:Delightful rooms in a wonderful building and setting with excellent hosts concerned for every need. Good wines and breakfast choices.
Review 20:Street noise would be a problem in the standard rooms, which is why we upgraded after arriving.
Review 21:Beautiful building and grounds, wonderful staff. The deluxe room is very nice, with the bedroom on the garden, avoiding traffic noise. Excellent bike storage, super breakfast included. A special place.
Review 22:The environment is very nice, friendly staff, great breakfast, location is close to the Pilgrimage Church of Saint John of Nepomuk. We had a great and pleasant time in this penzion.
Review 23:Everything was perfect - nothing to dislike!
Review 24:Amazing atmosphere staying in the monastery building which has been so beautifully renovated. We had booked 2 rooms and both were differently designed to fit with the quirkiness of the original building. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and luxurious. The Pension had a lovely cafe, breakfast was great and the surroundings just beautiful. So pleased we stayed here - a great experience.
Review 25:The curtain in our room (#3) wasn't big enough to cover the window completely.
Review 26:It is a wonderful old building, converted with all modern facilities. It is done in a tasteful way. The big windows looking out over the garden make the place bathe in light. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Review 27:I could not find anything
Review 28:It is very interesting architectonic concept - put hotel to former chapel of St.Margarita. It was done with big taste, there is also very nice cafe, extended to surrounding garden - again good piece of garden architecture filled with ceramic objects created by landlady. It is calming place in fantastic surrounding of Zdar.
Review 29:just nothing
Review 30:Nice rooms, staff is very friendly, breakfast fantastic .. there is possibility to choose from 5 possibilities, parking for guest is ensured. very friendly garden, nice walk around lakes also with baby carriage, only 5 minutes walk to UNESCO church ..
Review 31:Odd shaped bed built into narrow, curved alcove. Could not climb into bed the normal way but had to crawl from the foot of the bed. The bed was too narrow at the top and was too hard.
Review 32:Very charming, full of history. Nice garden. Part of historic monastery complex. Next to UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Review 33:absolutely nothing - it was fantastic.
Review 34:Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was luxurious, as was the room (freestanding bath tub!). Situated inside a renovated beautiful cloister. Superb!
Review 35:There is virtually no English spoken here. The place is hard to find since the entrance is non-descript and GPS takes you to a non-existent road. If you come at night, there seems to be no way to check in and the entire place has no lights. Once you get a key you can get in and lights come on in the lobby when you enter. There is no elevator. No soaps provided in the bathroom. Tub, no shower. Parking is across the street and about 100 feet down the street.
Review 36:This place sits on the property of an old monastery. The architecture is wonderful. Breakfasts are devine with lots of hot choices served at your table. The rooms have all the modern touches despite the age of this place. The staff is fabulous and friendly.

Review 41:All except one room are accessible only by stairs. Huge bathtub in the room - would have preferred a sitting area.
Review 42:This 9 room pension is the best in two weeks of travel. Everything has been done with great care and taste, and in a first class manner. Charming ambiance, wonderful attentive service by owners, comfortable bed and a great shower. Breakfast in the chapel very good, even white linen tablecloths and napkins. Would go out of the way to come back.
