Hotel Mosaic House sells fast on our site. Fully renovated and refurbished in November 2013, the stylish Mosaic House is a designer hotel and hostel with free Wi-Fi, situated just a 10-minute walk from Prague's Charles Bridge. Facilities include a trendy bar and a restaurant.
The eco-friendly rooms and penthouse suites of the Mosaic House are air-conditioned and include modern amenities such as cable TV and an iPod docking station. There is a well-furnished private bathroom with a hairdryer and Villeroy & Boch accessories.

Review 1：Eco-friendly and efficient engineering equipment mean that you are not permitted to open window to get some air and there is a bit cold in the room when you come from outside (in winter).

The staff is nice and helpfull, you can ask them anything anytime, you'll usually not wait for your answer. The restaurant is nice if you're too lazy to go out, prices are OK. Review 12：Everything, just perfect, female room was very clean and enough towers showers. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and gave me all information to make my stay more pleasurable. I will definitely return.

Review 15：Nice location. Great staff. Unique thing about this hostel is they have an area where a band plays or they have a pub quiz night or a karaoke night. It's really fantastic. Breakfast is good.

Review 18：Bar downstairs is really cool, even holding events every night. Though music really sucks. Great location, maybe on the boundary of new town and old town. So it would take some time to walk down to the inner tourist attractions. Great stay anyway.

Review 20：I took a 6 person dorm room and people came in and out all night, every hour. There are also parties just about every night downstairs, and the whole hotel shakes with the bass and constant noise. This might be ok for someone in college, but for people who like a little more quiet, I'd suggest getting a room elsewhere.

The location was great, close enough to walk to everything! Had a really great stay, will be back if ever in Prague!

Review 24：Great location with a 10 minute walk to the main areas. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and they are much better value and service than those in the central areas. Hotel had a great vibe and food and drink was very good. We were upgraded to a room with a terrace which had a great view of Prague. Live music if you like it. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the female dorm, i already imagine the horror of so many people in the dorm, but to my surprise its very good. No problem at all.

Review 33：Walking tour was not good. We had a female and she didn't take her time to go see the attractions. Two years ago I had stayed here and did the same walking tour and the guy was awesome. He was very informative. We stayed in a quad with a private bathroom. Room was really warm at night. We tried lowering the temperature but it stayed at one setting. Other than that room was great.

Review 35：This was the most amazing accommodation we've ever had! We stayed across the street at the MOOo Living apartments, where everything was beautiful, welcoming, light-filled and exceeding expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Review 37：Very comfortable bed, warm in the room, ideal quantity of shower and toilets - I never saw a queque there despite the fact that almost all the time around 60% of beds in our room were ocupied. Maybe in high season it looks differently.

Review 59：This is a hostel, this is not a 4 star hotel. The advertising of this property is misleading. It's a hostel with kids everywhere, loud and noisy, drinking most of the day right there. There's a DJ and bar right next to the reception, which is active every night, so whenever you get in the hotel, you're welcomed by loud music and drunk kids in the reception area and in the area in front of the hostel, loud, noisy with a "dude!" attitude. Reception occupied by giggly teenagers (when I asked about their laundry service, the girl there told me it's done elves.....). Every time you need to connect to the internet, you need to register again, and them like their facebook page or was some advertising before getting connected. This was the first time I think I've cancelled the nights I could and switched to a different hotel. I got a much better room, in a real 4 star hotel, and paid less. Should have gone there the in first place. When I cancelled the rest of the nights, even the guy at the reception admitted it's a hostel and not a 4 star hotel, so why do they advertise it as such? Really disappointing experience.

The common areas were always busy and are a great place to hang out and meet other traverllers. The hostel also offers a ton of stuff to do like nightly beer crawls and free walking tours.

Review 65：I lived in 26-beds female room for two nights, I highly recommend it to girls who travel alone. Although there are 26 beds in that room, they are separated, everyone has their own small space, not easy to be disturbed. Showers and toilets are enough. Staffs are very helpful, they have their own drivers, cost 23 Euros to airport.

Review 75：The hostel is very modernly designed, very artsy.. the staffs are very friendly.. the location is superb! You can find a minimarket just a few steps from the hostel.. Some facilities located near the hostel: ATM, a nice cafe (Petit French) for alternative breakfast spot, Metro and Tram Station. Just a note, don't forget to bring a padlock for your locker :) .. the hostel provided it but it runs out fast.,, you can always buy it also at the minimarket nearby..

Review 77：The room is fairly small for 6 people, and sharing one bathroom between six can be hard sometimes. There was no common area (apart from the downstairs bar which is also open to the public), so this hostel had a less 'homely' feel than others I have stayed in, and it was harder to meet others, casually.

Review 83：The computer system booked me in different rooms for each night, so I had to check out each morning and move all my stuff. I was able to store my luggage at the hostel each day. The hostel is eco-focused but their timed lights in the rooms and bathroom often turn off while,you are using them.

Review 84：The rooms are well soundproofed so you can't hear anyone in other rooms or the club music from downstairs. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are the best I've seen in any hostel and they are ensuite so you don't have to share with too many people. Each bed has it's own outlet and locker so your belongings are secure and can charge your electronics whenever you want.

Also, I never received a notification that my payment didn't go through when I first made the booking and I was not prepared to pay that day we arrived, especially because it was more than what I was going to pay online. I couldnt sleep because one woman solving her troubles with boyfriend at 2:18 like during the day, so she woke us up, after this at 4:20 started wild lovers in next room until 6:00 and it was the end of silence cause of paper walls.

Review 117：One of the girls at the front desk was not helpful or nice to us at all when we were trying to do laundry. She grumbled when we asked for change to operate the machines and was reluctant to reimburse us when the machine broke mid-cycle, leaving our clothes sopping wet.

Review 118：Our room was on the top floor with a balcony and was super huge. The room and bathroom were super clean and decorated nicely. The hotel is also working towards a greener environment so there were signs of sustainable qualities all over the place - automatic blinds, signs to save water, etc.

Review 121：Facility is superb. Very clean and well furbished. The place appears to be recently renovated. I stayed at a 12-bed dorm room. It was so big and comfortable With huge bathroom that has multiple sinks, four shower rooms and four toilet rooms. I cant believe the level of service there compared to the very reasonable price they charge. Location is very good too. Only a 1-minute walk to the tram station and the subway. I strongly recommend it.

Review 122：The restaurant/bar area was confusing, I went to sit in the restaurant and they told me I couldn't, I had to sit in the bar section. The restaurant staff were not that nice, couldn't speak English that well and not helpful.

Review 125：I like that there are different options in the same place. So some friends opted for a private room and some of us tried the hostel part. It was our first hostel in Europe and some of my friends were uncomfortable because they just weren't used to it. But still, there were multiple shower stalls and under the bed lockers. There's a club in the same floor as the lobby and there was a huge bachelor and bachelorette party while we were there. The staff gave away free ear plugs for the noise but when I got to my room, I couldn't hear anything. The staff are great by the way. They also have a free storage room or lockers that are very safe and cheap. Near a Thai restaurant! Ask about the free guided city walking tour.
