Review 1：Had some noisy neighbours that started playing music with a heavy bass at 4am. In my opinion, 2 of the 3 treadmills in the gym are broken.

Review 2：Nicely sized room and bathroom. The location was midway between the Burj and the Souqs. Also had some fantastic restaurants nearby that were far better value than what you find in town.

Review 9：Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were cold!!!! The staff were not accommodating at all. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were awful. Not happy at all. Ordered a cab to go to the airport 2 hours in advance and we still had to wait an extra hour and almost missed our flight. Travel desk lady was extremely rude and did not help at all, we just wanted information on the best touristic sites.

Review 24：while booking hotel thru booking.com, I was offered one discount, however, when I received the bill I could not find the difference. Infact I felt I was charged more. Another thing I noticed is that confimation received from booking .com does not show the total amount, hence as customer I cannot reconcile the rate I was charged and rate which was agreed while making hotel reservation. Second thing about the hotel, quality of friuts platter is poor for the value.

Review 53：A bit expensive and no breakfast included, and I don't even eat much breakfast / don't eat it every day. Pool area could be nicer (able to see the view while in pool etc), but hard to change after built I imagine. WiFi wasn't as straightforward/obvious how to use as it could be. Staff explained but I misheard some due to different accents, and the card with the details didn't say the same thing as the staff told me. Got it on the second guess.

The check in took longer than the expected specially we were the only couple there, but the receptionist was kind enough to seat us until she's done. Room service was slow also the wifi. Bathroom items were not in a 5 star standards. They caused a problem when they saw that my dyed hair stained in the bathtub and wanted to charge me for cleaning so I had to buy a cleaner and clean it my self. Review 63：I have been doing all my Hotel bookings thru booking.com and have been extremely happy how they handle by bookings and the confirmation being sent to me at once when I finished all the required data. I hope booking .com will inform the property that when I went for check in(which is not my first time to book in this hotel), I just mentioned to the reception that this booking is inclusive of breakfast, the answer from the person in the counter is no, I was surprised on his answer and told him that my booking is inclusive of breakfast for 2. I don't want any explanation since I know very well that Booking.com has already given them all the details of my booking even my request for the room. Luckily I have a print out of my booking sent by booking.com and everything is mentioned on the pages from my booking. The hotel personnel's should be very careful when they received their guest and they should see all the details of the booking.

Even inside the closets were very dusty and unclean.Am allergic to banana and when I called to ask if the cake i ordered contains any banana; the room service guy answered with no then when i spoke to the chief himself he confirmed that it contained banana; and it was really serious and am under medication because of that.The staff there they do not understand instructions. when you ask for Laban ( drink) tell you Labneh; and who doesn’t know the Laban in UAE; and then they got me cold milk!!!I ordered biryani, It was tasteless no spices or salt! and then when i asked for the manager of room service to come to taste it; they sent me one of the staff and he was like you can add salt ; that why salt is given to you!!!! salt and spices should be cooked with the rice itself! not added when things are ready!!the other day; I requested for cafe latte; they got it in tall glass and they got me a small spoon to mix the sugar that the glass is waaay taller than the spoon itself that I have to dip my hand inside the glass to mix it and when I asked for a taller spoon; the guy's answer that they don’t have !!!!! although i had it the previous day and I had to wait till the coffee got cold and I had to ,mix the sugar with food spoon!After giving all these complains to the Manager there; they transferred me to a suite ! and guess what! in the WC i found something red looks like blood and the water spray was not clean ! ITS SOOOOO NOT UNHYGIENIC AND DISGUSTING!!!!I so not recommend this hotel to anyone! I usually choose 5 stars hotels because the quality of the service there; but with the service they are providing I really had the worst stay ever there; I approximately stay in weekly basis in hotels ! at least once a week! Review 97：This was my second stay; the previous was February this year. This time I stayed an extra night at my own expense as I knew it would be worth it. The buffet breakfast and lunch are of a high standard and not the same every day. The lunch features a roast of the day which is always worth trying! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with fantastic views from the 16th floor, which is far higher than almost all buildings in the area. The hairdresser is fabulous (tried in February) and the rooftop pool pleasantly warm. The nightclub seems to he very popular on Thursday nights.solid

I replied he did and I asked him about the pork station I had been promised he then deafed me and charged me the 75 anyway as he knew I did not have time to argue as I was leaving for a flight I could not be . Review 134：Hotel near centre even if the metro seems close but in reality in one km far away. Nice swimmimg pool always in sun direction. Nice view from top. I did not have breakfast.

Review 135：The area is good but need to wait for taxi but the hotel guys are just awesome and very helpfull.

Review 136：Well wide variety at breakfast, but you may get bore of getting same thing 2-3days.
