Review 1：Unfortunately our bedroom had a window onto the central courtyard, and the second night we were there, there were people in the courtyard who were quite noisy until very late.

Review 2：The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.

Review 3：We stayed for one night before crossing into Peru next day. Hotel charged the extra Chilean tax incorrectly despite satisfying all conditions for it not to be but WORSE also charged the commission that they had to pay booking.com as well. Despite showing them my booking.com reservation with amount clearly stating how much I owed they refused to budge. Disgusting. Only agreed to pay due to late hour and as we had children. Breakfast was tight, rooms hot and stuffy at night.

Review 5：The fees are a big ambiguous - whether that's because of hidden fees from booking.com or the hotel itself trying to add fees that this site doesn't describe. It was frustrating to describe with limited Spanish why we shouldn't have to pay the Chilean tax according to the terms described on the site (but you have to pay a 19% fee for booking online?).

Review 6：The location (close to the beach) and feeling of the place (colored glass and a terrace!) is relaxed and charming. The breakfast provided is very nice.

Review 7：They charged us the 19 percent chilean tax. We had understood that it didn't apply to us. The staff were friendly, but not helpful with questions about places to go, to see, etc.

Review 21：The staff here were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than a 5minute walk to the beach where you can walk for quite a long distance ineither direction on the beach to the left or on the seawall to theright. Breakfast was great.

Review 26：There was only one negative. The room we had on the first night is next to a very busy street which is used as a short cut and the drivers, with stereos blasting away, try to reach the maximum speed which their cars are capable of in that two block distance creating maximum noise in the process. The wonderful staff however, did remedy the problem afterwards, by moving us to a room in the center of the hotel which was very quiet and peacefull.

Review 27：As I lived in Andalucia, Spain for a couple of years, I really enjoyed the design of the hotel. It is exactly like the hotels and apartments in Andalucia Spain. Even the toilet tissue is the same! The staff is so friendly and accomodating. Walking distance to the beach. We only booked for one night, however, we liked the hotel so much that we stayed for 3 nights. Awesome view of the ocean. Lovely breakfast. Use of hotel computer for important business. Great value for your money. Owner very attentive and friendly.

Review 28：Dears all, I was at this hotel together with other four members of myfamily, one of them an one year baby, I do not have enough words topraise the service and attention given to us all. The rooms are of agood size, toilets very clean and best of all, the beach is just 2-3minutes away; the centre of the city is around 5 minutes away by car(colectivo 1 or 10), the international coach station is just 10 min away(walking distance). If you arrive with a child you will be given atriple size bed where you child have enough space to sleep with you.Senora Marcia (the owner) is a very kind person, very approachable andwith a good sense of humor who will address all your requests withouthesitation. I would like to use the occasion to thank all staff and theowner for providing us with a great experience...
