Review 1：Everything about the hotel was outstanding. The owner/hostess was wonderful and very helpful to us. This was our first trip to Bad Harzburg, and she was so helpful and knows the area. The breakfast room was immaculate. The food provided was of top quality, well presented, and delicious. In the room we had plenty of space for a change; we had a wonderful balcony that we used every day, even while it rained. There was an excellent HD television that worked well. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and good speed. The shower worked well, there was great water pressure, and the water tasted really good, like our water in Anchorage, Alaska.
Review 2：We went for a 3 day Autumn weekend to twice walk up the Brocken Mountain. Collected us from and drove us back to the railway station, we changed our booking , kein problem ! The classically German Lady Host spoke English. Friendly good value , breakfast included, sit in the front bay window for brekky. Period House and it's furniture, pictures decor etc looks beautiful and you feel like you are back at the turn of the 20th century more than 100 years ago in a German privileged family's manor, expansive rear garden with balcony. Go for a walk, the architecture in the surrounding streets has been preserved and was not bombed during World War 2. A nice weekend and would recommend it to anyone. PS , I usually don't complete Hotel reviews. Enjoy.

Review 7：The owner was extremely friendly anjd helpful. Breakfast was good and she encouraged us to take any surplus from breakfast for a picnic lunch. Room was great and it had a balcony. Couldn't recommend it too highly
