Review 1：We loved our stay at QH hotel, there was a small problem with one of our rooms but the staff took ccare of it promptly and worked with our travel schedule to get a new room. They also gave up public transport info and a free bus pass!

Review 2：The bedroom that we had on the first floor in the family room was really dark. We did not have proper lightening and the ceiling of the room was really low. The wooden floor was really noisy when you walked on it. The wellness area was a true disappointment. There is no wellness area, really there is only a one person bathtub with Jacuzzi. We were truly disappointed, because one of the reason we booked this hotel was the wellness area...

Review 3：The advantage of this hotel is the view. The view is absolutely wonderful. From our family apartment(No 311), you could see the Zugspitze mountain. The view was absolutely fabulous. The breakfast was above average, pretty delicious with warm bread.

Review 6：Although the view was excellent no prior mention f the high speed railway line running along the back of the hotel with a very busy level crossing just a few metres from the room. Advertised with a luxurious spa looked nice pity not much worked only the swimming pool and sauna were in working order. No towels available no attendants. Food was basic, chose a boiled egg that was still raw who can't boil an egg???

Review 11：I think this hotel used to be very neat and well maintained, although things seem to slowly fall apart, especially on the outside. However, we still had a very good time there and cannot complain about poor service.

Location was perfect for biking in any direction and access to lifts to hike/ski. Breakfast was good and well stocked even close to the end of breakfast time. Pool was big and kids LOVED IT! Would definitely stay again!

Review 17：It was a very convenient location. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was clean and neat with hair dryer. The hotel clerk gave us a very good recommendation for dinner within walking distance.

Review 18：To high price compared with other hotels. I didn`t like the angry and extremely unfriendly older lady in the lobby that throw my card over the desk, when her connection to Amex failed. If you have too many guests, you think that you can allowe to threat your guest that kind of behaving.

This is not acceptable taking my money in force I will not keep quite ... I have been working 28yrs in customer services but I could face this services.

Review 26：The giant dresser right next to the bed took a lot of room space. Leaves no room to move around and you can hardly open the doors including the bathroom. I would remove that a put a smaller dresser for better comfort.

Review 73：I booked the hotel specifically for the pool for my kids but the poolwas closed on the Saturday. The women who checked me in told me thelocation of the pool but made no mention that it was closed the nextday. I spoke to the manage the next day and all he could say was "toobad". He made rebate to my price or any concessions. I would notrecommend this to anyone to stay at. The location has many hotels andbetter service.

Review 74：The staff was not the most friendly. They were not rude, but not as welcoming as many others. The location is not close to the train station that goes to Zugspitz. It is walkable, but takes some time. They forgot to put sheets on one of the beds and by the time I realized it, no one was at the desk to help with it. I assumed the sheets were in the closet with the blankets and pillows. The room was quite nice though.

Review 75：The quality of the room and the view were very good. The tile was very nice in the bathroom and there was even a separate room for the toilet. The upper level was really a nice added touch!

Review 76：We were told that we could check out a half hour early than their opening time of 8am. When we tried to do so, the clerk slammed the door in our faces and told us to wait. Very unfriendly man. He did open about 5 minutes later and allowed us to check out but he was unhappy about it and definitely wanted us to know it. The bathroom in the room wasn't very clean. You could see the grime on the walls and the shower curtain had mold on it. The fridge in the kitchenette wasn't wiped out and had crumbs throughout. All the room keys open the front door and the swimming area, which makes me wonder if all the keys are the same.

Review 77：The location of Quellenhof was very close to Garmisch and just 30 minutes from Neuschwanstein/Hohenschwangau/Linderhof castles. We had a gorgeous view from our "family" room, which was large enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. The hotel restaurant was decently priced and served delicious food. The woman who checked us in was nice and very helpful. The kids had a blast in the swimming pool, although it's only one depth, about 5 ft. The hotel has a beer garden and outside dining area. It was pretty calm and quiet so getting 3 kids to sleep was easy.

Review 78：Not enough staff. The same girl managing reception in the morning waspreparing breakfast. Quellenhof has rented out their restaurant andgarden to a Serbian steakhouse. The smell of grilling meat was verystrong in the hotel rooms and the garden was ruined with plastic tentsand a lot of noise until late.

Review 79：Parking can be a problem on busy nights if the hotel has a function on.It meant parking on a nearby side street with the staff seeming to beoblivious of looking after their customers over this issue.

Review 80：A good location and what I expected for the price. Staff were friendlyand helpful and we had a pleasant stay. We had booked a superior doubleroom but were given a suite which I assume because we had specified anon smoking room only. We had a lovely view of the Zugspitze from ourbalcony, but it is shame about the uncomfortable plastic chairs providedon the balcony. We moved some of the more comfortable chairs outside toenjoy the view.

Review 81：The 4-bed room was situated up the hill. Not a problem for us but perhaps it's good to be aware of this fact.

Review 83：We were very disappointed that the rooms were not "as advertised". Ourroom was fine, with two bedrooms and two double beds. The other family'sroom - next door - had a double bed in the loft area, and some sort ofcushions pushed together with linens on top on the main floor.Considering that we both paid the exact same price for our rooms, thiswas unacceptable. The lighting in both rooms was inadequate, especiallyin the bathroom and hallway. Both rooms also had one burnt-outlightbulb, and our room was not re-stocked with toilet paper on thesecond day. We would not return and would not recommend this to friends.

The food and staff in the restaurant wereboth above average, and we enjoyed eating on the terrace while thechildren played outside.

Review 86：Cheap & tiny hand & bath soap. No replacement of facial tissue despite request & empty box in trash. Almost ran out of toliet paper. No English speaking TV stations, not even BBC! Smoking rooms right next to non-smoking rooms, so that smoking odors drift into the non-smoking rooms. That is plain stupid. Restaurant evening food some dishes too salty.
