Staff really friendly and helpful in all our needs. - Provided a very early breakfast (around 4 am) as our flight was really early in the morning -Great location -A fantastic restaurante - El Nautico- just around the corner, with good prices and everything tasteful

Part of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Rooms outdated and bed was not comfortable. For some kind of reason it was 30 degrees inside the hotel, outside 12 degrees. No possibilities to adjust the temp. They said there was a safe and laundry service, both not available.
