Review 1：With any hotel near the city center, the traffic noise can be disruptive but at night, the noise was minimal and the comfort and security of the room provided a restful night.

Review 2：The Grand Hotel lives up to its name. From the welcoming reception desk, the elegant stairs, the wide hallways adorned with period chairs and historic photos of Pereira...to the spacious and comfortable rooms, El Gran Hotel is a step back in time with all the modern conveniences. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the staff helpful and friendly as well as patient. My favorite part?....the balcony overlooking the streets.

Review 3：Hotel has little or no information on tourism. There is tourism desk next to reception but this is an external agency. Their prices are many multiples of what you would pay by putting it together yourself
