Reviews for Urbana Hostel

Review 1:My room was looking towards the street and was very noisy. There was so much light it was like trying to sleep with a spotlight in your face. It's ok if you can sleep with earplug and eye mask. Breakfast is really bad.

Review 2:The staff is super nice and helpful. It's located in one of the best area of Bogota. So close to all the malls and so many restaurants and bars. It's relatively clean and comfortable.

Review 3:Next to clubs that play loud music all night. I am a good sleeper and wasn't a big issue for me.

Review 4:V friendly staff - day, afternoon and night Clean refurbished good internet close to public transport

Review 5:- Breakfast was very simple (coffee, toasted bread, butter, jam) - The matrimonial room faces the street and it's VERY loud throughout the night since there's a lot of bars around... I'm usually not bothered by noise but hardly managed to sleep... Might be better in the dorms though cause they are not so close to the street...

Review 6:Pros: - Very friendly staff with good information - Breakfast was prepared for us although we had to leave at 06:30 - Very new and clean showers and bathrooms - Nice location in a safe part of the city, about 15 minutes walk from TransMilenio station and close to bars, cinemas, ... - Very good wifi

Review 7:Amazing place, highly recommended! Location is simply unbeatable, 3 min from T Zone and staff is so amazing and helpful! When I come back to Bogota, will for sure stay here again!

Review 8:The biggest disappointment was the included breakfast, which amounted to coffee and wonder bread toast. Honestly, it was the saddest breakfast I have ever experienced at a hostel/hotel. Luckily there were several restaurants and street vendors, where I was able to eat a hearty breakfast for cheap cheap. So, if you are okay with decent coffee and subpar toast for breakfast--you should be fine. If not, there are many, many options within a 5 minute walk. Definitely not a make it/break it.

Review 9:The location was a great. It was located right next to zona T. Lots and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I feel very safe in the area with people and police walking around everywhere. Most of the staff spoke English; all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Review 10:Not much, but I stayed in the single room which has a window to the street. It can get pretty noisy, especially at the weekend due to the density of bars and clubs around. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine though.

Review 11:The best thing was the amazingly friendly staff. They were warm, welcoming and helpful without overdoing it, so that I immediately felt as if I was staying at a friends place rather than at a hostel. The place is clean, tidy and amazingly located if you're in for the center of nightlife and shopping in Bogotá.
