Review 1：Out dated gym and equipiment not functioning. The pictures posted on their website are nothing compared to the real thing. ( really nice on pictures. No jacuzzi (it was on maintance). Price was too high for what you get.

Review 3：By leaving the hotel there was a payment issue. We have paid our bill in advance nevertheless by leaving the hotel the staff (receptionist) told us about a mistake made by the hotel and that we have an outstanding debt. The extra cost was not anticipated and was very inconvenient for me. Also kitchen without kitchen facilities.

Review 5：The reservation was double and here the hotel manager was a little exaggerated because for 6 people 4 suites are more than is need. I hate how the payment has been handled, we have paid our stay 2 or 3 days in advance however when we left still there was a big different to pay. The receptionist has handled the payment affaire incorrect. After spending a very enjoyable stay in Richmondt hotel the payment affaire was a disgusting. Even though I'd like to stay in Richmond hotel in our next Bogota visit, which will be in May or June. See what I like

Review 22：Expensive taxi services for the hotel (too expensive the difference). Very different that 5th floor suites to a 2nd floor one, at least mine. Quite bad maintenance in several points of the room I had. No sockets near the bed and not a usefull system for using the lightings. Traffic jams in that street usually.

Alternatively, register at the App "TAPPSI" that is great...much cheaper, you get the plate no. of the taxi in advance as well as the taxi driver's name, phone no. and the estimated time of arrival. Additionally, you can let you show in the map your pick-up point and the current place of the taxi that approaches to your pick-up point. Really great, safe and reliable...
