Review 1：Elevator was out of order. Wi-fi was supposed to be free of charge according to the description on booking site. But free was only the first hour. Not good for me on business trip.

Review 3：I had a terrible room. Very noisy and with draughts. Many people walking right past on stone stairs. From 3.30 (in the night) someone started to bang a door at various intervals. You get one pillow for a giant and one tiny one. I would go back for the wellness but sleep elsewhere!

Review 5：There were two ¨negative" things: (-) wifi - only one hour a daywas free of charge. (-) on Sunday afternoon I needed a usb drive verybadly and I asked the receptionist. She told me that they do not havethem. It is hard to believe that in such a big hotel which is organisingbusiness meetings they do not have a usb drives. By the way I spent morethan 1000 Euros in this hotel...

Review 8：We were just passing Fulda and needed a place to stay for overnight. We arrived quite late but still had little time to visit spa and had a really nice dinner at the restaurant Tiffany. Spa was nice place to relax after long day of driving.

Review 18：A cozy hotel with lovely rural location outside beautiful Fuldacity. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good and the food is worthcoming back for(as we did) :) Lovely breakfast with a wideselection, the coffee you get in your own thermos jug was so good,the tee likewise. It´s quality all the way! Also have a beer in thebierstube in the basement.

Review 19：Room was very, very badly located next to an external stairway(just next to the window). Heavy noises from a "machine" (likelyfor the wellness or kitchen area) running all night. I will notstay there again!
