Review 1：breakfast is from 06:00 - 10:00 - on the first day at 9.15 a big part of the breakfast buffet was empty and not refilled (e.g. no baguette bread and prepared wraps, orange juice just deluted with water) - on the second day we had breakfast at 06:30 and there was again no baguette bread, only after asking for this it was prepared

Review 3：I booked a couple of nights in this hotel for my parents. They arrived around midnight and there were staff waiting there to take their bags and park the car in their secure underground car park. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious with everything you could need. The breakfast was included and was excellent. This hotel is set in a very nice part of bogota opposite Parque Virrey. The hotel was excellent value for money and I'd definitely recommend it.

Review 7：The room is large, airy, very clean and modern. Basically a studioapartment, but only a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.So don't expect to cook. 5 Blocks to Zona T. Park Zirrey rightacross the street and a great place to relax.

Review 12：Spent 3 nights here and it was wonderful. Brought or new 3 month daughter to bogota to meet family and this hotel was perfect. Had a kitchenette in the room to make cleaning bottles and other things easy. Food was delicious and again everyone was very helpful.

Review 16：The hotel is located in the Chico neighborhood close to all the restaurants and bars. Very close to Zona Rosa etc. It is a bit far from the historic neighborhood, Candelaria however. The staff are super friendly, breakfast is very rich, the rooms are big and beautifully decorated. They even have their own car and driver that you can rent and they take you places for affordable prices. Very safe. Highly recommended.

Review 52：Had an early check in and the Hotel was nice enough to allow it; however, they failed to mention I'd be downgraded in the room type; having already paid fully in advance the whole stay in a Superior room it was a twilight zone kind of story to recover the difference between types of room; the lady in reception was very creative in finding ways of not paying me back the difference, surreal: "ok, but then we charge you half a day for the early check-in we already accepted"; "ok but then we refund only the difference on the 2nd night"... NEVER happened such a surreal stubbornness in over 110 countires visited! Then the room given was terrible, vicitim of an artificial split of 1 room in 2, noisy as even I was sharing the room with the neighbours; never gor the balcony advertised; unable to change room during the whole stay; just... TERRRRRRRIBLE!!!!

Review 54：Unfortunately most things to see and do in Bogota are a distance from the Jazz Apartments, though taxis are cheap, and the travelling back and forth does enable you to see more of this amazing and beautiful city.

Review 55：The Jazz Apartments are fantastic. Our room was spacious, well designed and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location, just across from a lovely park, was fantastic, but the best part of the Jazz Apartments is the staff. They are fantastic - happy, welcoming and always helpful - they were a delight to encounter. Our Spanish is almost negligible but their English was very good, and we had fun communicating with each other. We also used the hotel driver on a couple of occasions and found the rates reasonable and the service excellent. This is a fabulous place to stay.

Review 56：We loved everything about the Jazz hotel. The location was excellent - safe and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was very sweet and they went out of their way to make a special drink for my 9 year old every morning which he loved (extra attention is always nice :) . The rooms are bog with a small kitchen included, great for spending a couple of days with friends around the city. As rooms have two queen size beds, it can fit 4 people perfectly which budget wise is a great option.
