Review 1：The breacfast was terrible - we couldn't eat it! The staff was never smiling and not helpfull. They did not speak enlish. the room was not titied or towles changed. It wasn't a good atmosphere and we didn't feel welcome there.

Review 3：Archaic accounting. No proper invoice given. Staff insisted that I payin advance. Odd, as I stayed few days. On principle paid a deposit of50% and requested to pay the balance before the start of the 2nd half ofmy stay. This discouraged me to put anything else on the bill. Ate anddrank elsewhere. Also no early early morning check out. Had to letmyself out of the hotel with my room key, which I left in the door, asnobody around at 6 am. Also changing of towels and bed linen very poor.During my stay of 11 days the bed was made up twice and the sheetschanged twice, in this heatwave.

Review 4：The location is very convenient,as the hotel in in the centre and nearto both train and bus stations.

Review 5：It was a hot day (36 degrees) so we missed air-conditioning very much. They could have put at least a tiny fridge in the room if not a minibar. Breakfast was very basic. The staff did not speak English at all and it was difficult to communicate with them even in German.

Review 10：It is close to the train station and we didn't have to lug our ports up the hill. There is a lift in the hotel and the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful.

Review 11：This hotel is near the train station and convenient to the city centre, and the room was quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent. There is free WiFi which is great but it is more stable in the public areas. There may be things that could be better but it's a three star hotel and does everything that it should. I'd stay there again.

Review 14：Perfect location: a few steps away from the bus and train stations and just on the edge of the city centre. The staff, and especially the owner were very helpful. The breakfast is nice and plentyful (instant coffee though). As others have already pointed out, there is no air conditioning, so the top floor rooms do get hot on warm summer days - during our stay outside temperatures were around 20-25 C and our room was perfectly fine.

Review 15：we stayed for 2 days and no room service at all kitchen doors were open to the hotel`s corridor and therefore also the corridor smell like that - i do not like it

Review 17：Located at the entrance to the old town and 5 minutes walk to Train & Bus Station. (Old town of Znojmo is on the steep slope, making the access to other hotels quite a challenge with heavy luggagge.) The hotel's restaurant is high quality and is always busy with local customers.

Review 18：we got top floor room , there is no air condition and the ceiling, walls and the room was incredibly hot. it was impossible to sleep - this hotel is useless during the hot summer.
